Very nice breakfast and the resto was nice too. Maybe a bit pricy but well cooked and a nice atmosphere. Super nice staff, nice view over one of Kigali's valley, nice walks along some small village like roads below the hotel leading to nice restos 10 - 15 min away on foot.

Lighting in the room was not perfect, too dim when you have old easy that need light. There were an extra lamp on the table and one floor lamp. The floor lamp had a really sketchy switch that didn't seem very safe so I avoided using it. The safe was broken, the hotel kindly offered to move me to another room.

- Check -in in the middle of the night went smooth - The room (nr 8) is at the front side of the hotel with a balcony and a nice view over the valley - Staff is friendly and responsive (except for some delays in answering to my emails prior to arrival) - Very clean and good care during the full stay

- Communication prior to arrival could be quicker - the water pressure for the showe is quite low and it takes a while before warmer water arrives (less sustainable since much cold water goes down the drain) - Not many electricity plugs available (staff provides extenders on request)

Very spacious rooms with lots of storage, had an iron & board, really nice bathroom with a rain shower. Friendly and helpful staff (they helped me arrange taxis/airport transfers and let me store my bags after checkout while waiting for my flight).

One night I arrived back late and the gate was locked with no one around so I could not get in. It took 20 minutes of yelling and banging on the gate for someone to show up and let me in.

The staff members are very polite. The rooms are spacious with ample natural light and working air conditioners. The shower is very nice. Well-stocked with towels/shampoo/shower gel/etc. Very comfortable bed.

For this price, the room should be equipped with a tea/coffee kettle and some tea/coffee satchets. The beef from the restaurant was tough sometimes. Not able to stream video on the wifi.

Breakfast was good but needs to be varied significantly from day to day. It became monotonous. Also the breakfast menu needs to be enriched.

Have a second look at the sockets in all the rooms and whether they will serve the need of business travellers. My Macbook charger plug could not fit into the socket behind the table, l had to charge my laptop using the bedside socket. Also, the hotel should provide adapters for travelers using UK type plugs

I loved the view. It was amazing to see the city from my balcony.

I didn’t like that the hot water took 15-20 minutes to get hot. Its a complete waste of water. Also the one of the bathrooms had a terrible smell that wouldn’t go away so we had to keep it closed for the duration of our stay.

Rooms were big and comfortable. We had breakfast on an outdoor patio and were able to choose from a large selection that was served to us. The Cappuccino was delicious as were all the fresh fruits. The location was great, just 10 minutes to the airport. And since the flights to and from Kigali seem to mostly take off or land in the middle of the night that's a great bonus. Our arrival flight was supposed to land at 1 am, but was delayed. There was a person waiting for us at the check in desk when we arrived about an hour late.. We were so happy to get into our rooms and go to sleep.

There were a few thing that needed repairing in their really beautiful rooms. The lights on the end table near my bed really didn't work. My friend, in another room had no hot water in the shower. In typical Rwandan can do spirit, they brought her a bucket of hot water. They did not seem to have anyone on staff to fix things. Anyway, after a really good laugh over the bucket, she took a shower in my room.

The room was huge! Very clean and comfortable with working AC units, a mini fridge, and a lovely hot shower. What an amazing place. All the staff were absolutely lovely too, and this was our best breakfast of the whole trip! It's a lovely quiet part of the city too, and I would recommend the Ethiopian restaurant a few minutes away, and also Kajimi Table - a cooperative restaurant serving African food just around the corner.

The apartments two doors down have a karaoke night in their roof top bar, but thankfully it didn't last late into the night 😆 There were no complaints for the hotel itself - it exceeded expectations.

Location, staff, cleanliness, breakfast. It is a cosy boutique hotel and is fun to stay in

Tea facility should be made available in the rooms.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Court Boutique. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and their English was great for this English speaker. I really appreciated that. The WIFI here is non-existent which was a real shame as I could not do any work and the purpose of my trip was work. The TV was not connected when I arrived by a staff member reconnected it when I asked what was wrong. Breakfast is tasty but service is very slow, however excellent quality and good value. Coffee was also great. The room was IMMACULATE. I don't think I could find better housekeeping anywhere in the world. The only other thing I'd add is that was no power point anywhere in the room. I had to acquire a powerboard and unplug the phone just to charge my phone and computer overnight. The room has plenty of space and a huge desk so this is a pretty poor oversight I thought, every traveller needs a powerpoint to use to charge their phone at the very least. Would have loved a kettle and/or coffee maker and the fridge to be stocked with bottled water but all in all I would definitely recommend staying here, especially for an event at the Convention Centre as it's a few minutes walk away and extremely convenient.
