The staff was quite knowledgeable of transportation, facilitation to Kibeho, my destination. I appreciated the hospitality of the staff. I used their transport to go to the main bus station.

My room was cold located to the RECEPTION sitting and visiting area which detracted from a quiet area until I notify the front desk and ask them to turn the TV down and quiet down the visitation which they did and I thanked them. The next time I stay with them, I will make sure I do not have a room by the reception visitation area.

The receptionist tried to charge us separately for my partner’s breakfast, claiming that when booking a double room, breakfast is only included for one person. Of course I argued with her and she then - after “checking” with the manager - said that we were right. We are sure she was just trying to make some extra cash off of us as her claim was absolutely ridiculous. We requested for breakfast to be served at 7am due to or flight schedule, which reception confirmed was ok. However, they ended up only being ready to serve it at 7:40am.

Wonderful hotel for a stop over going or coming from the airport. I stayed there twice. My room last night was perfect. Ask for a "balcony room". I enjoyed the very good breakfast on my balcony. Wifi was very good. The free airport pick-up was excellent even tho I arrived at 3.30AM. Highly recommended!

Nothing. And don't worry about the rough alley leading to the hotel. The hotel is it's own compound and it is beautiful.

Very close to the airport. Perfect for layovers or early morning arrivals or departures. The only problem I had was at the restaurant. After ordering I waited 45 mins and nothing arrived. I left. Soon after the manager, I think, brought the meal I ordered to my room. That was a good move.

I cannot thank enough the staff of Ally. I travelled alone and had a medical emergency. Has it not been their professionalism and humanity, I would have been in deep troble, non the least missed my flight back to Europe. The hotel itself is exceptional - recently renewed, sparkling clean, great breakfast and view, close to the airport - but the humans there are even next level.

This motel is the best I’ve ever been in. It’s clean and everybody is carrying and nice 😊. Thank you Emma, Bless, Naphtal and others I felt like home 🥰 already miss you guys. And one more thing picture cannot tell you the beauty of this place you need to live it .

Service was good. Staff very supportive. Breakfast was creative. Close access to the airport quiet area. Less than 10minutes walk to supermarket and eateries

The bathroom was very nice. The room was a nice size. The provided toiletries were nice as well.l would definitely return. I felt super safe and comfortable. The breakfast and hospitality provided was great! .

The bed was a little hard and they didn't have WiFi. Their cc machine wasn't working so I had to scramble to get cash.

Unfortunately no hot water in the morning and my room was next to reception, despite having booked over 3 weeks before, so it was a bit noisier. But otherwise all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

This may be a motel but the facilities and rooms are better than some 5* hotels. Staff can't do enough fir you. I got a very personalised service. It's a new hotel with all mod cons.
