Like always, Olympic hotel give the best run for your money, my flight came and l took more than 45mins whilst doing other things inside the airport but Eric from Olympic waited for me , l think for over an hour .. Just that , l saw the continuity of hospitality execellency from the hotel staff, on and off the hotel premises,their service touched me before l even reached the hotel, as Eric loaded all my bags in their clean bus.. I straight went to Check in, where welcoming front office Alice took me the booking in less than 3mins l was done. It was almost 1am that l was hungry but Alice made a plan wifh the chef for me to have the best midnight or early morning breakfast dinner or whatever the name of that midnight meal,all what l know is l enjoyed a well grilled 500gram steak with chips accompanied by rice with peas, served whilst hot. Kudos to my night Luggage porters, Jado & early morning porter Hakizimana... Well done team, l also own a hotel but your service impressed me, we will come and learn from u. Satisfied client Wally

Amazing staffs with spectacular customer service. Always with a smile. Clean rooms and daily supply of bottle water. The availability of bathroom flip flops was a brilliant idea. I had a plumb issue and that was resolved quickly. Shout out to Alice, Esther , Enoch, Luke and Benjamin... you guys have given me a reason to stay at your hotel in the future.

Heavy traffic noise from the busy road makes it difficult to sleep in the day especially for rooms facing the road. My bed was squeaky . No shower gels but rather tiny bar soaps.

It is a nice hotel with swimming pool, restaurant and spa. Room was quite comfortable with a nice view. Quite far from city center, but you can easily take a taxi. Staff is friendly and hotel has a good value for money. Many shops around.

Breakfast included in the price could be better.

The very friendly disposition of the staff; the breakfast and the swimming pool. Very nice internet service.

That I could not exhaust the reservation I made before coming to Rwanda but an alternative was offered so I was not left alone. No viewing mirror except in the toilet. No kettle in the room for those that take tea or coffee regularly.

Great value for money. Good location. Fantastic service - staff went out of their way to help. Good food and atmosphere at the restaurant. Spacious room with lots of cupboard space and comfortable bed.

Noisy room (noise from busy street outside window/bar opposite the road). Bathroom not in good condition. Wi-Fi slow and did not work outside of room. No lift to room, so not accessible.

Staff were vey helpful, meals tasted good, room was clean and comfortable, had very fast wifi which helped me get in touch with family and friends when I arrived, had a very relaxed stay and would recommend for anyone visiting Kigali. Value for money is the appropriate description of Olympic Hotel.

1 or 2 of the staff need CM training at the front office.. The lady is always open and always ready to help
