I loved the room and wholistic approach to catering for the needs of the customer at every point. Thoughtful with finesse, proven service delivery. The breakfast was traditional.

Cleaners were too early

Location is great, across the street from the Marriott and the Atlantic Ocean. Ten minutes from Turtle Beach and the Caribbean Sea. There are restaurants and full grocery store 2 minutes from the resort, in house physician practice, onsite laundry. Each room has a kitchen with all items needed to prepare a meal. I ate breakfast at the room daily.

The food is…. Not good. I had success with the pizza, but pancakes were like bland dough- disgusting! Lobster cakes were awful, salad greens were fresh but wet with water. I tried the restaurant 4 times and the food was good only once. I complained to the manager, they need a better cook/ chef/ better prep/ better recipes.

A number of things were great - the room was cleaned very thoroughly each day, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the pool and pool area was very nice, the pool/outside bar & restaurant was good, the facilities in the room was generally good with a tv both in the bedroom and the living area.

There were a few minor things - the lagoon was a bit smelly on occasion when eating in the outside bar/restaurant beside it; some of the equipment in the room was quite old (bedroom tv had some backlighting issues, cooker was ancient); there wasn’t hot water as such, only slightly warm; the pool bar wasn’t open every day in the daytime.

The location is close to the airport and generally quiet. Having a second pool was great as I was able to get the second one to myself. The room was clean and comfortable and had a nice view over the water. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast at Splash was good. There are many restaurants nearby.

The music in the bars is loud all the time. If you want a quiet drink or meal you have to go out. There is a sports bar constantly playing loud music but also showing sports on tv, it never had any staff while I was there and it was always empty. If there was no music or quieter music and it was staffed I would have liked to have a drink there.

Couldn’t fault the hotel it was as described, very clean, friendly and helpful staff. We didn’t eat here or use their pool so unable to comment

Reception area can be very warm despite fans and cooler unit by the bar. It put us off sitting out there for drinks some nights as the heat was very uncomfortable. No do not disturb sign available for the room door so house keeping visited daily, whereas a sign would be helpful as some days we didn’t require anything.

Enormous size apartment with great facilities. Lovely views of mountain from back. Good food at the restaurant. pool looked lovely but did not try it. Nice area and all very clean and tidy. Lovely beach and clean and tidy. Helpful reception. Suggest a hire car would be useful to explore whole island tholugh there are taxis and local buses for short trips.

Security lights on outside stairs not working but one fixed during stay. Lack of TV digital box (firestick had been removed) and remotes inoperable so no immediate access to channels. Fixed during stay but technician could only do so much.

My stay with my 5yr old nephew was sublime. When someone goes on a vacation and chooses a hotel, they often rely heavily on reviews. Initially, I was scared because some of the reviews indicates serious water issues. Happily, during my stay, water only went once for a few hours due to a storm hitting the island. Thanks to Blondell and Zoe at front desk who never made me feel as though I was a bother and their hospitality and customer service were superb at all times. Also Ms. Polita who maintained our room daily. She was the best, especially with my nephew and always made us feel extra special. Having all the amenities including a grocery and many restaurants a short walking distance away made things so convenient for our trip. I would definitely return to this hotel in the future. Please keep up the high standard!

Not all staff were pleasant and there was sometimes issues when ordering from the restaurant however, overall, the stay was excellent.

Room was spacious and comfortable only after had changed from a worse one. Pool was large and clean. Staff on reception were helpful. Fitness centre was very good. Location was central to several restaurants and the golf course. Lunch food was good. Entertainment some nights was good. Supermarket nearby for top ups to the room fridge.

Disappointed at first to be given a room with dirty walls, rusty shower and tiny bed, but this improved after changing to a modernised one Staff in general could do with a little more training.

I liked the location, the self catering room (which had everything I needed) and the television channel selections. Having a grocery, as well as several restaurants within walking distance was the cherry on top.

The water went off at 06:30 am on Thursday April 25th and did not come back on until around 07:00 am. If the government is implementing water rationing, and they tell you (Royal St. Kitts Hotel) that the water will be off, please share that information with me/your guests. That Thursday morning I had an important meeting at 08:00 am that I had traveled to St. Kitts to attend. I ended up being late for my meeting because the water was off. If I had known that the water would have been turned off, I would have stored some water or gotten up earlier and gotten showered and dressed. And yes, the staff told me that water was being rationed when I checked in.

We were extremely happy with our apartments. We had two 2 bedrooms ..which comprised of a kitchenette a large fridge including a microwave and oven a living room and 2 bedrooms with queen sized bed ..it was perfect for our group. The staff were very friendly especially Blondell and Zoe at the reception desk and Jessica and Gabrielle who were in splash restaurant. They really went above and beyond to make our stay extra special.Will definitely return to the Royal St kitts Hotel.
