It was clean with a great pool & ocean views. Maid was excellent. Food good .

1. Needs more outdoor furniture such under empty pergolas & porches 2. Needs a bookstore ! 3. High prices for same things 1/3 the cost in town . 4. Neglected unbuilt property across the street detracts as does road in with poor drainage on sidewalks . 5. No obvious signage where to get basketball , tennis balls , racquets , pickle ball , shuffle board supplies easily . 6 roof in open air hotel does not fit decor at all - needs to be painted white . Or updated .

Beautiful hotel, new, modern.

They didn't clean the seawids so the beach was full of them the third day. Also food is expensive 33 dollars for a buffet breakfast, I ordered in the menu and they took like 40 minutes to bring it.

The hotel is a large, modern, resort with lots of facilities, pools etc. It is well located for the airport and for travel around both St Kitts and Nevis. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and the bed comfortable. If you didn't want to eat in the hotel there were lots of restaurants nearby. You could also walk to the a beach on the Caribbean side of the island in about 10 minutes.

The hotel is located on the Atlantic side of the island so, whilst the beach is nice, the sea can sometimes be a bit rough to swim in (although we did swim in it). The Caribbean side of the island is better for beach activities. As a large, modern resort it lacked the character and intimacy of smaller hotels (we stayed in one such hotel for on Nevis for a few nights before moving to the Marriott).

Beach was beautiful, pool was lively. Nice variety of food options. Room was spacious.

Too much seaweed while there which prevented getting in the water.

When we came back to stay in Pembroke house the cleaners wasn’t as good as in the main building.

This property is centrally located to everything. Additionally, although this property is huge, it was not crowded.

I thought the pool could have been cleaner. The check in area of the lobby lacked seating and garbage cans. I found that the people who booked the excursions at the hotel were not know,edge able so we booked our own excursions. I did not like the room lay out at all. It was a lot of wasted space.

The food & beverage area needs to be improved. The food was average at best forcing guests to go to outside restaurants.

I love that I was able to visit my hometown and enjoy it with family. The location was excellent and the people were amazing!

I didn't like the beach but I was still able to enjoy the beauty of the area we were located.

I did not partake in the breakfast. I had other plans with relatives.

I feel that there should have been toiletries for 2. I was not sure if the wine was complimentary since I was given an upgrade. It is good to know what is exactly complimentary with the room.

The place to stay in St. Kitts. You don't have to leave the property but if you want to they will assist you with local taxis and tours. Staff is first class and the fact they are friendly is a bonus. Highly recommend.
