The Blue Lagoon was a great stay for our first time in St. Vincent. Located between the airport and the main town of Kingstown, we felt centrally located and within a good driving distance of most places we wanted to go to. The hotel grounds were great, with a nice pool and lounge area, a beach area with a bar, and a few restaurants/cafes. The marina was a nice touch, a lot of the people staying or coming through seemed to be for the marina. The beds were very very comfortable and we slept soundly with strong AC. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The WiFi was strong and helpful for me as I was working from the room.

We were only allowed one room key which, being two of us staying would have been convenient as we were sometimes doing different things. The cafe and restaurants were convenient, but not the best of quality for the price.

We were in room 9 directly on top of the entrance to the Marina so noisy especially at the weekend from 6.30 am as boats arrive back and prepare for following weeks trips. Ice cream/ breakfast cafe playing music from 8 am onwards. Swimming pool no toilet close by and need to bring drinks from supermarket or bar. Ant infestation bitten alive One night we had music playing until 2.15 am when I tried to call reception the phone in the room had no cable attached advised manager next morning free breakfast offered Loft restaurant great venue and view food cooked but luke warm at best Other restaurants within walking distance

Reception staff were excellent. Friendly and polite.

Restaurant service upstairs was appalling. Slower than slow, disinterested staff and the food for breakfast was horrible. kept having to repeat requests for water and waitresses were more interested in their phones than serving customers. Ground floor restaurant had one very friendly waitress and the rest of the staff were not friendly at all. Not sure if this is affiliated to the hotel but the supermarket staff were rude and unhelpful as well. Very disappointing to report given that front of house staff and security were delightful.

Breakfast wasn't included but we ordered from the restaurant. The food was okay. We also had lunch which was lovely apart from the service. The service on reception was good - friendly however when we asked for rooms close together I was told it wasn't possible - not sure why - the hotel wasn't full and the rooms cost the same. The location was perfect as we were sailing from the Blue Lagoon marina.

The service of the staff in the restaurant and the small cafe. Two in particular were very moody, no eye contact and quite surly.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were cleaned daily very well. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great, close enough to town and other areas. People from the island visit the hotel to use the facilities. It was nice to meet new people

All rooms should have fridge space for water at the very least Rooms with kitchen area have nowhere to cook food that would have been good

Our room was generally very comfortable with a lovely view of the marina. The staff was very cordial. It was convenient to have the restaurant and shop on site.

Room was very hot when we arrived and the AC controls were not easy. It would have been appreciated if the room was cooled somewhat for our arrival after a day of traveling - although we do also appreciate saving energy.

Breakfast in the Loft was freshly prepared and served with a smile . Dinner again in first floor restaurant was very tasty , served again by friendly staff at an enjoyable pace . Had been nearly put off eating here because of poor reviews. Throughout our short stay we had no complaints about food / service . The beds were super comfortable.

Only slight issue with intermittent hot water supply - but no big deal !

The hotel is beautiful, right on the water, but the staff are the true gems. Pleasant, helpful and resourceful, they have an excellent team. The on site restaurant serves delicious food and there is a mini mart as well. The room was welcoming, kept clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend staying here whether you are on business or vacation with family.

No complaints from me

Superb customer service from the time we entered the hotel. The front desk staff escorted us to our room and explained/answer our questions. They were extremely friendly, professional and willing to take care of their customers. Beautiful location and they made you feel at home.

The location is excellent as is the view. The pool was lovely, as was our room in decor. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was helpful and our room was clean. The restaurant upstairs was excellent for dinner and service was proactive and quicker than in the day. Terrific coffee shop downstairs. Wonderful areas on the water to relax and enjoy the gorgeous view. Market on property very well stocked and helpful.

Our room needed maintenance as the safe was not operating, which forced us to carry our valuables including laptops all day. The refrigerator did not have an adapter so was not plugged in upon arrival. We asked for an adapter and finally received one, to learn later it still did not work. The upstairs restaurant during the day service was decent however it took one hour to get our lunch, even though there was only one other table when we ordered.
