The room was just GREAT - spacious, comfortable, and very modern. They welcomed me with traditional Saudi tea and dates, and kindly helped me with my luggage. The hotel provided various shampoos, body lotions, flip-flops, and several towels, which was a nice touch. Also the view from the room was good. The breakfast was also very good. The setup depends on the number of guests staying at the hotel. When there are fewer people, they serve individual portions on plates covered with plastic. On my first day, there were only two guests, so they prepared two personalized tables. On the second day, with more guests, they offered a full open buffet. The food was delicious, and the chef and staff were excellent. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout my stay. They even tried to assist me with transportation, as finding a taxi in AlUla can be a bit difficult.

This place is a bit pricey compared to other options.

This is a new hotel which has only just opened. The Deluxe room was spacious, comfortable with all of the normal amenities. Staff were very helpful - when the taxi we had ordered to take us back to the airport didn't turn up, the hotel provided transport and one of the staff took us to the airport.

No breakfast.

its brand new facility first 2 days they didn't serve breakfast but last day they had. it was perfect. staff and owner are too friendly and helpful. overall stay was perfect.

It is a "hidden" gem. It is a lovely hotel, and I will stay there again next time I am in AlUla. Ahmed was very helpful. The breakfasts were excellent. Hamood, the owner, is a gracious host and runs an excellent hotel.

it’s brand new and the manager is very friendly and speaks good English. it’s a very good choice for Alula because there isn’t much.

there was no hot water in the morning on all 3 days! during the day it got warmer yet not properly hot. the view is not nice and it’s located on a big street.
