Staying at the Cloud7 residence was a beautiful experience. The location is stunning, the room was lovely, breakfast was fantastic. Still, the best part of my stay was the spectacular staff; always with a smile on their faces, super kind and welcoming, always ready to help. Amazing people. I wish my stay would have been longer.

Small size bungalow The restaurant supervisor is a bit skeptical (he refused to serve breakfast to one guest until he called the reception and double checked on his room). I find this behavior is not acceptable in what is seems to be a luxury hotel.

We stayed at the Bungalows which are small but well designed and fit everything we needed. The best thing about our stay was the service. It was amazing. The staff at the breakfast buffet were incredible as well.

I booked 4 rooms and they all had the same issue of sewage smell coming from the bathroom drains. They got increasingly worse every day and really affected our stay there. It was a shame because everything else about our stay there was exceptional! This was the only negative we found. Otherwise, it was perfect.

I wish it have been located better. Service was sometimes slow (requested a pillow and waited about 30 mins to get it)

Great little apartments which had a classy, sophisticated feel. Easily accessible to restaurants, pool and gym areas. Nice scenic surrounding mountains which is close by to local area such as old town and other tourist destinations. Great food quality at the restaurant also, diverse menu choice offering world cuisine. Also wonderful staff, accommodating and very helpful in every way!

I felt the properties were a little small in certain aspects, such as the bedroom. I felt there could have been a little more room in the bedroom & living areas of the standard apartments.

We had a wonderful time at Cloud7. The staff were fantastic and always helpful and wanting to do anything they could to make your stay enjoyable. Charcood was an excellent restaurant and the OffRoad Cafe served up a good variety for lunch too. The warm apple cider was like Christmas in a cup. The Australian steak at Charcood was perfectly cooked and the breakfast selection and egg, pancake and waffle options all superb.

It would have been good if the casting technology would work on the TV's but they did provide a HDMI cable to temporarily resolve our problem.

It is brand new, very clean, the location is very pretty and the staff is very friendly.

It is crazy expensive for what you are getting. The whole experience is very minimal. Tight rooms and not fully equipped. In addition, breakfast is not included despite the very expensive price.

I had an excellent experience at Cloud 7, and I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the amazing staff who made my stay truly memorable. A special thank you to Mr. Abdul Jaleel for his outstanding service and dedication. His professionalism and attentiveness added great value to my stay. I also extend my appreciation to Ms. Hebah, the restaurant manager, for her exceptional hospitality. She and her team ensured that every dining experience was delightful, with high-quality food and a welcoming atmosphere that exceeded expectations. Cloud 7 is highly recommended for anyone seeking a comfortable stay and outstanding customer service. I look forward to visiting again!

Price is very high need to be revisit

We stayed at this hotel over the New Year and were very disappointed - I wrote my most critical review ever on here. However, I heard that it had improved in the last year and it certainly has. The restaurant was excellent and offered one of the best breakfasts we have had in the Middle East. The dinner was also delicious. I didn't have an opportunity to use the gym or pool but the fact they are now open is a big improvement.

The location remains slightly inconvenient and the rooms have paper thin walls so any noise outside comes straight through. The queen size beds are small compared to what one gets in most similarly priced hotels.

-It’s comfortable and the location is good and near to downtown, although considered a bit far from some attraction sites like Maraya and Harra view point (30-40 min). -The staff are welcoming and nice and offer help when you need it. -The room has a luxury feel to it and clean. -There’s a parking area right outside your room which is convenient.

-The price is a bit high, which is applied to most 4- and 5-star hotels in the area. -They could have improved the reception area and added a resturant.
