The receptionist and staffs were very accomodating and they will provide you with complimentary upon arrival. Room was spacious, neat and amenities are superb. They cater all my special request..

The hotel is fairly new. It's very clean, tidy and nicely furnished. The staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking around. Nice view of the sea. The suite size was good with comfortable bed. The location is excellent with many restaurants and cafes nearby. Ala carte breakfast was very good (no buffet was offered due to renovations according to the restaurant staff).

We didn't have hot water in the room when we checked in. The hot water control switch was in the adjacent interconnecting room !!! That's one faulty design, I was really surprised since our suite was the top one in the hotel. We had to call the reception to turn the water heater on. Luckily there were no guests in the other room.

Not very professional staff and lack hotel training. This hotel owned by ‘Boudl’ who should operate as a 4-stars hotel if they want to move to luxury hotels. Also, there is hidden fees such as they charge 10 sar for each coffee pod.

I was supper tired when arrived and unfortunately made mistake with my reservation, lovely Nourah did a huge favor to me and fix it. also Najla she was Great, I will definitely come back!

Location is great for those that know their way around the area. There are good restaurants, cafes, supermarkets,laundromat a walking distance away. This is my third time staying here and loved it.

Had an exceptional stay at one of the finest hotels; the reception staff, true gentlemen, made the experience even more remarkable. Completely satisfied, 100%.
