The receptionist I think his name is Abdullah - I visited on 27-May.2025 he positively contributed to my experience with the services he provided. Also, the female receptionist during the same day who was working at the afternoon till night has been very friendly.

The furniture is a bit old - stains in the walls

Reception staff mohammed Al harbi and morning shift lady...was very professional and supportive....Breakfast at restaurant was amazing...waitress filipina lady at restaurant was very active and she was always checking us if we need any thing...I want to thank you crown tower team for wonderful stay ❤️❤️❤️

I would like to appreciate receptionist Asma upon her good and welcoming attitude for guests staying at the hotel. Neeraj was also helping and room service guy by name christopher is such a good man with welcoming gesture and helping hand, I would like to appreciate that Mukhtar (Hotel Manager) have taken personal action on the reported issue, I have received a personal call form him, Thanks for your kind care and hospitality, we will be visiting hotel again and see you soon.

We are happy that hotel manager is very much concerned about our voice and taking corrective action.

Staff are professional.

Some Residents smoking in non smoke fool, that make me sick, strong rule should be there for ppl who don't respect the hotel policy and ppl health issues.

Facilities were clean, breakfast buffet was nice and staff was helpful.

The key cards are slow to activate doors and when leaving the room as soon as you remove the key card immediately everything goes dark, there should be at least a 1 minute delay after removing the key card before the power cuts out.

The staff were very respectful and amazing. When i checked in, there were no available rooms, so i got a free upgrade. Special thanks to Hassan for his great cooperation.

The property is easily found, as it is situated on the main highway. Upon entry you’ll be greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable receptionist. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Location is superb, staff is amazing

Food is average, bathrooms are smelly and small with no proper drainage of water if spilled on floor. Toileteries are below average.
