Enjoyed staying here, room was comfortable and staff were friendly. Ordered a fish dish from room service (replaced salmon that wasn’t available) and it was absolutely delicious. The menu seemed to indicate that you had to order side dishes separately, so we ordered fries, but it came with rice and fries. Menu is a bit misleading, maybe that is on purpose? On our last day at breakfast, Ahmed introduced himself and said he was Quality Control and was there any issues we wanted to raise. We thought this was a nice touch and added back in the point that was dropped because of the minor issues above.

We tried to look for the pool and the rooftop restaurant, both included in signs, but the restaurant was like a building site and the pool was empty! There was a smell of damp throughout the hotel, no doubt because of the humidity. There was no coffee in the room, just one sachet of 3-in-1, for two of us. And only one robe, for two of us.

The location was closed to the sea and cafe'. The reception team and reservations are polite and supportive. The room is clean, and all of the of the hotel's facilities are clean.

There is humidity smelling, which was not comforting to me. The Breakfast was below my expectations. food quality to be considered and improved. The parking area is not enough and is almost full. WiFi had a poor signal and was not solved during my stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Plaza hotel and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The hotel's location is fantastic, with easy parking and convenient access to nearby attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the breakfast was simply superb. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, making my stay all the more enjoyable. I must give a special shoutout to Abdulaziz Alshaawi, who went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and stress-free. The room itself was five-star quality, with all the amenities one could ask for. I must say that the security man, Zaid Abbas, on duty was exceptional. I had lost my car key and was feeling quite anxious about it, but he went above and beyond to help me find it. He was very respectful and keen to assist me in any way he could. His dedication to his job and his willingness to help guests is truly commendable. Overall, I highly recommend the Grand Plaza hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch hotel experience.

Bed and pillows are super comfy. It has wireless charger in the room , which is an added value to the property. Indoor swimming pool, well-maintained gym, massage rooms and sauna are available in this property. Delicious breakfast. Must try their pastries and zucchini cheese. They served fresh fruits including crunchy and sweet grapefruits

It’s comfortable and quiet. It has easy access to the city.

The shower has slow feedback when changing temperature. It was too cold then too hot. It was hard to maintain a good temperature.

Hamdy Khallaf, the manager was extremely helpful, responsive and accommodative. Hassan at the front desk was very pleasant and quick. The room was nice, well maintained and smelled fresh.

The Wi-Fi signal in the room was very weak.

Hotel is new and modern, location is good since I had car. Very good staff.

Room service, some items in the menu are not available for many days. Taste of some items was not good. Only Biryani was nice. Room carpet was not clean on the check in day. Had issue with water leak in the bathroom, also door lock battery was low.

It's very close to beach/cornich. So, the location is best and surrounded with a lot of shopping and eatery stores.

Morning breakfast was nice. We enjoyed the difference in buffet breakfast.

Location is perfect, just walking distance from north cornich, close to many restaurants and coffee shops. Staff are doing great job. Gym is reasonable with good pool.

Parking is outside, no shaded partking or basement parking. I find is annoying getting my car to drive after 10am, so hot and humid. This issue varies from one another, so it did not affect my overall positive feeling about the hotel.
