Excellent value for money for a room with private pool. The room was really big. We really enjoyed the private pool. I would definitely go back.

The structure is a bit old, it should be renovated. The photos showed a newer property, but the reality is a bit different from the photos shown on Booking.com. The staff practically only speaks Arabic.

It is centrally located, most of the estate is of high quality. Finally there was sufficient hot water which seems to be an issue in many Saudi accommodation. We had a good deal, but the normal price might be too expensive for this quality.

The kitchenware was not properly washed and some parts of the apartment showed considerable corrosion. Not exactly 5 star level. Severe stains on some rugs. Shabby opposite maintenance building is rather disturbing. Little upgrade is needed and then this is a top notch project.

This is my second time checking-in at Mirada Gold. Though the hotel was far from my work site, I always consider Mirada during my work visits because of the comfort it brings from hours of travel.

Though it was at the City Center, it was a 40-minute drive from my site of work.

I recently stayed , and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The resort is nestled in a serene location, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and a peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxation.

Overall, despite the minor issue with the bathroom cleanliness and water retention, my stay at Tranquil Haven Resort was thoroughly enjoyable, and I would definitely consider returning in the future.

I loved the kindness of the staff and the location of the hotel. Tanvir and his team did everything possible to make my stay comfortable and I really appreciate that my cat could stay with me.

The place needs a bit of maintenance and it would have been nice to have a chaise lounge to relax by the pool, the plastic chair and the table were not ideal

I like the eclusivity of the place. The cleanliness. The security. Staffs are helpful and communicates well with guests. The place is peaceful. You cannot gear anything annoying when you are trying to have your rest. Near to almost all places like restaurant, coffee shop, pharmacy, and convinience store. Location is in the middle of the city.

It could have been better if staffs will inform guests regarding location of the pool. If it is only for family or can be accessed by singles. Towels could have been based on the number of guests. We were given only one towel. Maybe our mistake also because we did not ask for another.

The area was good, the rooms were spacious and nice. The beds were comfortable. The Air-con was strong and good. The washrooms were very clean and the shower had very hot water which was perfect for cold mornings.

Mosquitos in the room. They allocated a room to me, gave me the key card. I went to the room, tried to open it and another guest came out from inside. They gave me a room where someone was already occupied. Went back to the check-in counter and unfortunately the gentlemen at the counter did not speak English so had one of the porter help me translate to Arabic. They finally gave me a room which was unoccupied. No towels were provided in the washroom, which I tried to call and request for one, the phone lines were not working.

I stayed in the villa without the pool. And it was okay. Big for a solo person and complete with all the appliances.

Minor thing. No bath towel on my first day not until I asked for it since I have extended my stay. But it's okay. Maybe they mistakenly put a towel after they clean. But overall, it was all good.

The suites are large with kitchen and sitting room. There are a few utensils (very few, but enough to prepare an easy meal) which is nice. The wifi in the room is strong.

You need to get the wifi code from reception; why not post it somewhere? Also, as with many Saudi hotels, the towels are well-guarded at the front office and need to be requested. My only real complaint would be the pillows. They are of the large brick variety and in the middle of the night I had to get a towel and fold it up as I cannot sleep on these big pillows.

Booking my stay through Booking.com was very easy. The hotel's overall vibe was superb, and the hotel staff that assisted me was very cordial. I will bring my family next time I visit and recommend Mirada Gold to my colleagues.

It could have been better if free breakfast was included in the package.
