The rooms were spacious and had comfortable beds. The air conditioning worked well, and there was a connecting room, which was great for families. The pool had very warm water, and the location was close to the city. There was also a partial sea view, which we appreciated.

Unfortunately, women were not allowed to use the pool, which was very disappointing. There was no balcony, which made it less practical and meant we couldn’t enjoy sitting outside in the evening. The design felt dated and uninspired. Although the sea was nearby, the beach was dirty and not suitable for swimming, which made the location less valuable.

Every thing was perfect. Hotel facilities were clean and very well organized. Receptions staff were cheerful and understanding especially Mr. Hassan Almalky and MS Fatima Ajaily. Restaurant service was excellent with cheerful staff. Hotel security guards were supportive especially Mr Yahya Hakami.

A good nights rest is critical and I slept well. The pillows and duvet did it for me. The English Channel was nice to have. The place to work on the computer was comfortable and well lit. Staff members were friendly and helpful. Overall very professional.

The shower is either hot or cold. To find the perfect temperature is hard to get.

A nice Hotel with a view to the sea , spacious and clean rooms. Location locatio and location was accessable to everything and in walking distance. Ample parking area breakfast was delocious

When you move in the corridor you smell uncomfortable odour until you reach your room also the room itself you found same odour, it is due to closed cycle of air-condition and may be from high humidity in Jazan. It must find a solution to clean air-condition and refresh the cycle periodically and use perfume. The breakfast is good but it is expensive against very low varieties.

Breakfast limited option, not great as Star hotels. waiters were not active to speed up the service. less staffing in restaurant. coffee shop price are sky rocket ( room service) coffee expensive than Star bucks. Bathroom doesn't open full. wrong architect design. Linen needs replacement.

My stay at Radisson Blu Resort Jizan was exceptionally wonderful. I stayed there to take my SCFHS consultant's online examination. From the moment I walked into the reception area, I was warmly welcomed by the staff. I met Mr. Ibrahim Dabbour (the Operations Manager), and he graciously upgraded my room to a superior room with beautiful views of the pool, also inclusive of breakfast. Mr. Ibrahim also ensured that my laptop was connected to their high-speed ethernet line. My sleep was very refreshing, their hospitality put me at ease and in the best frame of mind for my examination. The internet access is top notch and I passed my SCFHS examination with flying colors. I liked the facility, the spacious building & rooms, the location, and staff kindness.

I didn't like the cleanliness of the room. It was clear how the carpet was not vacuumed well, the tables and tops were not cleaned well and you can notice the sticky and greasy spots, not to mention the streaks on tables and mirrors.

Beautiful property. Great location and a fantastic place to spend time with family. Above all a super ambience.
