The buffet breakfast had a variety of dishes as well as food cooked to order.

The hours allowed for using the swimming pool ended at 6:00PM which is early for guests who spend the day sightseeing and would like a refreshing swim afterwards. The hotel has a lot of other spacious outdoor areas overlooking the corniche (outside the restaurant and lounge) however there was no outdoor furniture which would enable outside seating.

The staff was super friendly and polite the room was clean, the bed was SO COOZY .. and of course can’t talk enough about the lovely.. maybe the carpets may have used some more cleaning as they were stained and dull looking bit it wasn’t smelly or anything !!!

The food was awful we ordered chicken pasta,chicken biryani and shrimp biryani it costs a fortune and had it was tasteless no spices we didn’t finish it!🥲

It was my first time in Novotel Jazan & it will not be my last time for sure

I saw some people in the lobby who were not from the hotel and they were eating the welcoming dessert! one of them asked me to see my room because he wanted to book in the hotel

Price, Medium Restaurant.

I have seen better 5 star Hotels. I feel like this is more of a 4 star hotel. It is not directly connected to the beach, which was a huge disappointment. In the recreation centre, the showers were dirty and there was no hot water. I had to go to my room to find hot water for my shower!!!

Modern, comfortable and classy. The staff specially the in house resto manager, Melvin, was super kind. We wanted to eat buffet but we were too late and they were closing and he was kind enough to send a plate of food to us in our room. What hospitality! Thank you

We were a bit late checking out and my husband was quickly taking a shower when everything automatically shut down. This was lacking on our end because we were late but still it was too funny.

The location is the best, direct in front of the sea, and there is a seafood restaurant in walking distance. the coffee machine and the coffee provided was amazing, the room was spacious, cleaned every day. all staff were very friendly and helpful. if I would come again, I will definitely stay in this hotel.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel; the staff's especially ( Nawal otayf), warm hospitality made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were elegantly designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style, while the amenities exceeded my expectations. The location of the hotel, the room view and the room cleaning service with exceptional. Also the breakfast and dinner was very good.

Overall was good, but sometimes the staff in dinner / breakfast area, asking several times about the room number was a little annoying.

It was good and comfortable. The restaurant has a nice view on the sea. The room was clean. Staff are nice.

The hallways were not clean. Unlike the room it was very clean. Outside the hotel u could smell Sewage .the location is not that good.

Place is one of the best places I’ve ever visited Cleanliness is exceptional and receptionist have exceptional hospitality the lady that helped me with the check of which unfortunately I didn’t take the name including the guys who helped me with the check out Mr Bassam he was very helpful with a beautiful smile
