I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, close to all the key spots. The breakfast was very good with a nice variety of options. The room was clean and excellent in terms of comfort and facilities. Overall, a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this place. A special thanks to Mr. Youssef Al-Qarni for his patience, understanding, and exceptional cooperation. He made the stay even more pleasant with his outstanding service.

The only downside was the bathroom. The shower hose was not in good condition, as water was leaking from it. Additionally, the toilet seat was not stable and kept moving, which made it clear that the quality was poor. Hopefully, these issues can be addressed to improve the overall experience.

Amazing hotel

It was a wonderful experience, appreciate the cleanliness, quality and design of the room. It was calm and quite. Highly recommend for business tourists when you require and cool head and want to relax after a day out and return with tired brain and body. 😊

Cleanliness and design and quality of room and free parking.

The colors in the bedroom are bright and elegant, it cheered me up and gave me positive vibes. The staff were amazing and helpful. I have but one comment on the basement car parking, it is extremely narrow and tight, so I had to park outside the hotel.

First time ever in Saudi, and hotel Ramada Encore truly gives me the best experience! It’s clean and comfortable, and good value for price! The employees here are all warm hearted and polite and help me with lots of errands that I don’t know how to do as a first time foreign visitor. Thanks! Will recommend to friends!

Clean, value of money, comfortable, good breakfast

Basement parking is very narrow, impossible to park big cars, there is no space to turn big cars. Better to park outside the hotel instead of basement parking.

The room was clean. Smells good all the time and it was quite. I like staying there and I'm sure I will visit again.

Every thing was perfect. I ordered food to my room and they take long time before taking the plate I left in front of the door. I don't mind that but it better to take it fast. Especially I called 2 times.

Underground carpark is a ridiculous and dangerous design with incredibly steep ramps and ultra tight entry corners. Do not attempt to park a large 4WD in B2

Room size is good, location of the hotel nearby all required location. also room cleaning is good. toilet also very clean and size is ok.

Parking lot very small and the entrance also very narrow, the slope of the road is very deep which is facing diffeculty while you want to go out from the parking.

The staff are very good and friendly. The location is good, walking distance to Al Khobar Corniche. Bathroom size is very good and fully equipped. Bed is comfortable.

Limited restaurants in the area. Room size is just enough and no extra space.
