Microwave was missing in my room 126 and when I complained , the receptionist told me stories saying that the type of the room doesn't include to have a microwave. But I changed to the room 136 because fridge was not working, and I found a microwave in the same type of room. So the receptionist just told stories and I disliked it .

Exceptionally clean and very comfortable beds. Very peaceful and quiet ambience. Great location with Danube next door and maestro pizza and luigini bakery right opposite. Teatime aand golden juice a short stroll away. Pizzarific is at a stines throw. Boudl itself has a great restaurant and room servoce at affordable prices.

The swimming pool could be made temperature controlled. Solar water heating would have been so useful cheap and sustainable.

During my recent Eid vacation, my family and I stayed at the 2 bedroom serviced apartment in this apart hotel. The ambiance of the apartment was quite impressive, and we all enjoyed our stay there. The front reception and bellboys were also very friendly and helpful during our stay. They were always available to assist us with anything we needed. However, one thing that we didn't like was that there was no hot water available when we needed it in the bathroom. We also encountered a situation where the staff didn't provide us with bath towels initially, but they eventually did when we requested them. These two things were a bit inconvenient, but overall, it wasn't a huge issue. In conclusion, I would say that this property is an excellent option for anyone who is looking for a comfortable and affordable stay with their family in Al Khobar. Despite a couple of minor issues, we had a great experience overall, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

The outdoor pool was clean and maintained well. The apartment was very clean too and it has all the necessary equipment for your stay. The staff are friendly. The location of the resort almost in the middle of Khobar, whatever you need is around.
