My utmost satisfaction with the exceptional service provided by Rona Hotel reception staff during my recent stay, from the moment I arrived until my departure, they went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was wonderful, The hotel was very clean, and accommodation was above the expectation with good location Furthermore, the reception staff Mrs. Nada demonstrated a remarkable level of attentiveness and efficiency throughout my visit. The reception staff have provided all kinds of support to organize my business meeting in their meeting room. The only issue is the voice message in the lift was very loud and embarrassing

location, price, spacious room include living room dinning table and bedroom, AC worked well, comfort bed and pillows, staff was friendly, clean bed and bathroom

Didn't accept early check in, I had to wait till 4 pm, smoking smell in the room, I had to open window and AC for two hours to clear the smell, very old sofa and chair, IPTV not working well, and didn't work in bedroom! only in the living room for few channels.

This hotel is a real value for money deal. Its not your 5 star but it offers basic needs at a good level. Location is stratigic Central ac which is vey cold Great small tv with access to YouTube and Netflix.. etc Great room service and smooth chick in check out.. receptionist were so friendly and helpful. For the good prices this hotel offer, I have no complaints

Very little parking space Bath room is not comfortable I hope you add more water inside the room. The internet connection will surely make u sick

Location was perfect, it's near the corniche. Mr Ali at the reception was very kind, polite and welcomed us very well.

There was no heating inside the room, so it was cold during the night

everything was working comfortable clean the receptionist nice upgrade compensating the unavailability

smoke smell along the corridors on our 4th floor slow wifi connection to the smart TV inside the bedroom having just a door between our living room and the next apartment

Friendly staff, nice facilities, good location which is surrounded by lots of restaurants, markets, coffee places, and most importantly, centered. The hotel is clean, the room was excellent, and all with a decent price.
