Everything was exceptional. 1) Reception staff with smile on their faces especially Mohammed AlLoeef, who made my check in very smooth and upgraded my booking from Studio to 1 bed apartment and that was free of cost. 2) 24 hours free coffee. 3) Amazing interior with comfortable sleeping setup. 4) Location was great as it is very close to all famous spots of the city. 5) Room service always took approximately couple of minutes to entertain my requests.

We were really welcomed at property. Person at the reception did all what he could to make our check-in fast and smooth. He facilitated in putting us in the right rooms. Since we had kids, we wanted rooms to be next to each other, he managed to get us the rooms as per our expectations. Breakfast was really good and fresh. Hospitality overall was really good. Smiles all across from staff members and made our feelings as we were at home.

I booked this hotel for only one night to path from Qatar to Kuwait it was great choice..staff is very helpful thanks to (Ahmed) from the reception he help us for very fast check in and give us all extras we order even he call to check if we need anything without we request. the rooms is huge fully equipped with all kitchen appliances and very clean. the location is perfect with all you need around the hotel. I had a problem in my car (Motlak) the hotel maintenance manger offer me without any request to take me in his own car to bring a mechanical and he didn’t leave me for 2 hours until fixing the car..big thanks to (Motlek). definitely we back for long stay in the hotel again soon IsA. Excellent location in quiet neighborhood. The hotel looked super new, very clear, I got a room upgrade at the reception to a 1BHK and frankly one of the best and high quality rooms I have stayed in (more like an apartment). All electrical appliances were brand new and everything in the room was comfortable to use.

Breakfast variety can be improved. Very repetitive for long stays.

This is a well managed hotel. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection of Arabic, Asian and European cuisine, also fruits and yogurts for those who prefer something light. The Hotel provides a buffet 3 nights per week with tasty snacks. Free coffee machine was well used. The most enjoyable aspect of my 2 week stay was the comfort of the beds. The bed, pillows and duvet were high quality down which provided a great night's sleep every night - I haven't slept that well in years! A pantry is also available were one can purchase drinks, ice cream, noodles and other snacks for self-catering. It was great to have a washing machine and full kitchen. The property is only a short walk from Rasheed Mall where you can find everything you need. I thoroughly recommend this hotel.

The disturbance that was on the ground nearby and the construction work that was so annoying that sleeping from 6AM in the morning was a tragedy in every bad that makes the holiday bad.
