Honestly, the hotel exceeded my expectations. I only have two points, but they aren't deal breakers: 1. For the life of me, I couldn't set the ac to the temperature I required, which drove me to just ignore it in the end; the room temperature was bearable. 2. The shower knob (switch between shower head and handheld) is extremely slippery and finicky, made worse when lathing up, and then requiring to wash the soap off. Maybe if you add some sort of texture to it? The last thing, but not important... please have smoking allowed rooms/floors 😅. Other than that, it really exceeded my expectations for a lower star hotel...I believe you are ready to jump up a star with a few changes. Good luck and cheers

The hotel was exceptionally clean with a lovely scent throughout. The staff were amazing and very professional in their interactions. The receptionists, in particular, were incredibly polite and respectful. During my stay, I dealt with three different receptionists, and each was more courteous and charming than the other. The hotel had a vibrant atmosphere, and its location was ideal – close to a mall, coffee shops, and a station – everything you might need is within reach. The room was spotless and extremely comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. The team was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that my stay was pleasant.

Very polite staff I can’t forget the help from Mrs. Rahaf during my stay. One bedroom suite was very spacious with two toilets and modern furniture. Cleaners were also very polite, many thanks to Mr. Rasel. Reasonable surrounding facilities, hotel is not too far from Alrahsid Mall.

Some noise during the first night of my stay due to maintenance on the top suite. The hotel management need to schedule the maintenance timing according to residents’ convenience. The suite needs some kitchenware tools and microwave. The area is slightly busy with traffic and limited car parks.

They received me very well when I arrived. The barman at the bar was also kind. There is a small and nice gym on the top floor. Rahaf was very helpful at checkout. Also, a few days after I left, they were so kind to correct the invoice for me.

Filtered coffee is included in breakfast, but espresso or cappuccino is paid.

The staff are really very professional and welcoming me especially the receptionist , the cleanness and quietness , Room space , I like the idea of putting chair in the elevator space , Location perfect

Only the breakfast and they need to work a little for the price as well .

the room setup, the cleaness and everything was almost new and tidy, staff are very friendly and understanding

the safe inside the locker was not working, and the phone beside the bed was not working either, i had to go down to the recpetion to ask for what i need :(

Very bad check-in We were told that our rooms would be ready at 3 pm, however, we got one of them at 3 but we got the other one at 4:20 pm. We were very disappointed because of the late check-in, as we were very tired after travelling.

Stuff is very polite , very Clean hotel for mid range level , perfect condition , the AC and the air is perfect

The bed in the booking is King size but it seems it is smaller , if you are taller than 180 you will feel little inconvenient.

The overall atmosphere was great, the cleanliness was at it best, the smell was incredible around the whole facility. Customer service was great and helpful all the time.

The breakfast though was very basic and not worthy.
