It was a family trip, we all enjoyed our visit, everything was great starting from the security employee at the Hotel Gate , the receptionist, the loopy place with it wonderful coffee and food , we rent an apartment; which was outstanding ( spacious , clean and great city view) we enjoyed our dinner in an Asian restaurant ( sakana house ) and lunch and breakfast in Rozali cafe روزالي ؛ an amazing different variety of food 🥰

Nothing all perfect.

The location, interior design, furniture. The restaurant. Actually, the breakfast was good no thing special but the service and staff in that restaurant was perfect, well trained and professional. I guess its name is Asmahan.

The service. The staff. The concierge. I didn’t like the service. I have asked the concierge for a pain relief for a child I wanted them just to inform me about a pharmacy but they couldn’t help me even with a pharmacy phone number. They just told say You can go to the nearby mall to find a pharmacy. They couldn’t find us a taxi to the airport. As a new hotel, they could be more advanced with technology and room facilities. They lack the luxury. The services just like the ones provided in nineties. No thing new or special. An ordinary one.

Near to the mall. Restaurants. Everything is close to me. Cleanliness. Design of the hotel.

They didn’t check the apartment before we come. The Air conditioner was hot and the oven didn’t work. It took them very long time to come and long time to fix it. I asked for baby crib and water, they sent it 4 hours later and the water as well. Very slow responding to my requests.

The rooms were very clean, staff were very polite and kind, we tried late night room dinning food was delicious

Shame we stayed for one night only so nothing much tried. When checking out it becomes extremely busy at the reception and concierge service became slow. Suggest they create express checkout mobile services, instead of people queuing at their desks

When we ask about cleaning the room, they changed only one tissue bucket and the other one is not changed, and one of the staff who is taken care of the parking asked us why you are here from the beginning of the week as you stayed too long!

• The twin rooms are all connected rooms which unfortunately I complained many times about my very noisy neighbour from the other connected room. The noise coming from connected door side. • Also the sliding window from the room to the bathroom. This is really a bad idea for PRIVACY especially in the bathroom.

Location was good connecting the shopping mall. Dining options at the hotel was great. Everything was good and the other malls were very close by with Uber. Uber is the most used taxi and better to have the app. It is better to change money at the airport.

Everything was great, Location is perfect, the staff were so nice they are welcoming the guests i like it keep it up.

The deposit amount of 300 , you should give the guests the choice to choose between keeping the bar or removing it , not to force them to keep deposit for the bar !! And i paid immediately 300 and i get it cash when i check out or I receive it after two weeks in my visa card , I believe its not fair specially that im traveling back to my country same day i wont manage to spend it.

The staff were the friendliest I’ve ever seen and I’ve been to a lot of hotels worldwide.

I asked for a steamer and had to call them twice to recieve it but the politeness of the staff made me shy of making a problem out of it. The beds should have been a bit comfortable but sadly it wasn’t.
