Great Atmosphere, calm lobby, security available at entry, rooms are clean and in a good space .. multiple lighting choices inside the room, new hotel just opened a year ago and all types of restaurants and cafes are around that suit different tastes, a big pharmacy and supermarket in less than a minute of walking distance, check-in staff are very respectful and welcoming, thanks Eman *& whole BN residence team

nothing is worth mentioning, just they need to carry on more maintenance checkups ... I recall one time I came to the hotel and found too much dust on the toilet seat coming from the ventilation duct above it. ... would be great if they could open a small area for mini breakfast choices.

Clean and spacious. Rooms are fully equipped with toiletries and bedding. There are connecting rooms with either suites or normal rooms. TV is easy to use and can be connected to your phone. Private under ground parking with fast elevators.

Pillows were soft and large. Towels seem to be old and consumed. I was not able to connect to WiFi but my kids did. I wish there was a coffee maker as the facility does not have face or room service.

The hotel has a great location, close to all the services guests need. It offers a calm and welcoming atmosphere, with well-designed rooms guaranteeing privacy. The air conditioning works wonderfully to keep guests comfortable, and cleanliness is a top priority. While there is no restaurant in the hotel, the area is filled with various restaurants and cafes to explore.

The hotel did not offer breakfast, and I was disturbed by continuous noise from street workers due to ongoing road construction throughout my stay.

I had a very pleasant one-night stay at this hotel. The location was excellent—close to several restaurants, shops, and other useful facilities. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making check-in smooth and enjoyable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a very comfortable bed that made for a restful night. Overall, I was fully satisfied with my stay and would happily return.

Excellent staff at the front counter with English speakers. Also, very nice room service staff & luggage carry boy, overall all the team was excellent with smiling / friendly faces.

without any doubt, the Residence, location & staff is very nice but there is not any breakfast or restaurant especially if anyone arrives late night, there shall be some kitchen/restaurant inside the Hotel Premises, where you can order.

The room is very spacious. The amenities of the hotel were excellent. The beds are comfortable, and the furniture is neat and well-maintained. The bathroom is spacious and toiletries are of good quality.

I hope the hotel would open the swimming pool soon.

Exceptional stay! Everything was perfect—from the warm welcome and friendly staff to the great location. The place was spotless, very comfortable, and tastefully furnished. The room was spacious and cozy made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

Great service overall! Location is good. Excellent and responsive staff. Nice ambience. Good room service with regular cleaning. Spacious rooms with pleasant lighting.

There should be breakfast and restaurant facility in hotel which would complete all the services.
