I like everything about the hotel, the road at the back side has a cycling track and all the restaurants nearby so it's a worthy place to stay

The Muslim shower in the bathroom for room no 104 was leaking bcz of that the washroom was wet all the time, try to fix it plz & room 104 having 2 queen size beds but not 1 king size bed which was a bit non satisfactory

Everything. Friendly staff, location and rooms are very spacious. Very clean. Decent room service with fresh food and accommodating staff in the kitchen. It would be great if cuterly sets and kitchen amenities be provided as it will make the lovely, spacious rooms feel more homely.

Small issue as room service staff are accommodating but I'd suggest having a variety of yummy desserts. The desserts weren't always available.

The location of the hotel is within shopping mall and other public spaces. The suite was a pleasant surprise. Great amenities such as comfortable chairs, microwave oven and kitchen island for washing fruits and vegetables.

The floor wasn’t up to standard. It wasn’t done properly. There were a lot of squeaks as you walked.

The Reception Staffs Mr Jihad, Mr Mohammed and Ms Sara was exceptionally good. They made us really comfortable and were really helpful. First of a kind from Saudi Arabia ♥️

The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was cozy and the linens were soft and fresh. The bathroom was also clean and well-stocked with toiletries. The room also had a nice view, which made for a great start and end to my day. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The breakfast contains a delicious assortments of foul, falafel, hot dogs, pan cakes, waffles and much more. The vegetable and fruit salads are delicious too. "Check in" was a breeze and "check out" was as smooth as the check in. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were amazingly spacious (80 and 100 squared meters!).

For breakfast, the juices were canned rather than fresh.

Only one receptionist at a time. No Pen and paper in the room. Not Enough Tissues in the room. Hallway Carpet not clean

Location is very good.Easy access to Every place u can think of.

Internet (wifi) Need improvement T.V Channel variety could be improved

+ Quiet hotel, courteous staff especially Mr. Abdulrahman at Front Desk: Efficient check-in process & thank you for giving probably one of the best rooms in the hotel. + Room & furniture although old but comfortable + Location

- Dirty yellow hot water coming from shower & sink. - They wrote they have 24 hours room service but at 3 AM no room service available while ordering outside food online has very very limited choice.

Breakfast was delicious and i like he list of variety. Location was perfect suitable for me.

Couches was very dirty and also washroom towel.
