Everything they was such helpful cheerful staff all of them my car and apartments keys slipped under the elevator and they bring it back to me in no time the place is new and calm there gym,jakosie,spa, and pool it's bran new place they still building the pool can't wait to relax in it ,and their prices is so nice in advance of what they offer of features facilities and luxury it's for me near to intercontinental alkhobar and Hilton level I give them trillion stars for rating thank you really from all my heart 🤍🩵💛🩷

smooth check in and over all the hotel is new and hygenic and the staff is very friendly I have requested them to do the room service and they responded very quicky.

during my stay i did not find any issue but only one night i have to park outside the hotel.

Missing breakfast restaurants

I liked the location, close to restaurants and coffee shops that you can get your breakfast and possibly lunch with. I liked the reception and the bellman, they were very nice. I liked the quietness and the serenity of the place.

I did not like the false advertisement that there would be a spa, when in reality there was none. Also the thermostat does not heat up the room, it was freezing. I have a medical condition that would make my skin irritate from cold and all I was told was "do you want more blankets?"

Room is clean and comfort. Hotel Staff given good service from checked in to until we checked out. free parking, you can reach khobar corniche, dammam museum and other places from hotel within 20 to 30mins. At Receiption, staff members Shahzan and Zainaab Bee support us with respect and discipline. Thanks everyone

The staff were very supportive. For the kids, there is a play area which is very neat. I really want to mention the manager’s support. He helped us to open the kids play area even after 11.30pm.
