We had an awesome stay at the hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Ibrahim, who was very welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. The kids’ room was fantastic, and having the live stream of it directly on our in-room screen was a brilliant idea that kept our children entertained. It was a perfect place for a family stay, and we truly enjoyed our time there.

The bathroom is a bit small, but it didn't detract from our overall experience.

Friendly staff, prompt response and comfortable spacious room. There were chairs in the kitchenette part, that was nice.

It’s not I didn’t like, but I suggest to keep a one seat or two seat sofa in the room. It’s a big room, it can adjust a small seating area.

The hotel was nice, I did like the room and the facilities in the room.

The room sounds like it doesn't have an isolator, I couldn't sleep because my neighbours were making alot of noise. Some of the areas in the bathroom were not perfectly clearned.

The location is very close to Mall of Dhahran which is very valuable to me. I haven't tried the breakfast

The Noise on the floor !!! The building is not sound proof it is very noisy and annoying

Clean and smells amazing good value and all the essentials are provided (kitchenette, toothbrush/paste, comb, toiletries) Spacious room, comfortable bed

parking is limited (underground parking is small and extremely difficult to park in), only several parking spots outside. some furniture damage (burn marks on sofa, etc..) can’t connect to smart TV, no applications like Netflix on the TV. I stayed during weekdays and there wasn’t much noise but you could hear everything outside, even the sound of the neighboring door being shut. But I don’t know about the noise on weekends/holidays

Beyond description as usual. I commend and thank Mr. Ibrahim and Mr. Ahmed for their distinguished reception and immediate assistance. Mr. Ibrahim, as we know him, has great experience in dealing with guests
