The hotel was clean with good location and acceptable breakfast . kind receptionists.

The double bed in the suite was not comfortable . It was narrow ( only 160cm.) and low. It's position in the room was not comfortable. The water pressure flow of the toilet washer in the bathroom was very weak. I asked them to fix it but return back at night without fixing. Some lights in the suite was not working.

The room was nice, and you could open the windows a little. This was a nice change from the other hotels I stayed at. Breakfast is from 6 to 10 and is in the main lobby. It was really good, with plenty of options. The staff were nice and helpful.

Nothing really. One thing that I asked for honey in my room for the green tea, and they said it is an additional charge :/

Room was awesome clean & AC was cold as well. Breakfast also 8/10 - Very Good Location are also easy & far from Dammam Airport 35 Minutes max.

Reception staff are great & helpful too. Thanks a lot for great hospitality. Hotel are clean & well maintain.

Not many solid options in breakfast No kadak tea, paid both the days to get one If you don’t put tag to get the room clean, it will remain dirty by the end of your stay Not very active reception, called 0 to connect and there was no response.

It has a desktop which is very important for people booking this hotel because of a business trip. They had a good breakfast and served it very early in the morning at 6:30 AM. The price is fair, and the location is awesome because it is nearby Dharan mall.

It is a good hotel overall with all the facilities one can expect in that price. Breakfast was good and parking was available always. Towels and bed sheets were clean and provided all toiletries before check-in and nothing to ask during the stay.

Housekeeping staff didn't show, but since it was a short stay, so I didn't bother to call them. TV channels were very few and were not clear in the room.

Room & every thing was spacious +having beautiful atmosphere as well. Breakfast was awesome the location also perfect near to food point & hotels .

Overall it was a pleasant stay and hotel was good. Location was nice and staff was cooperative as well.

Hotel parking space is limited however found parking around the hotel, Breakfast was good but can be improved a bit. Room needs to have slight better lighting.

Nothing everything is excellent, This is the 2nd time that we have booked the Ramada Encore because of the vicinity and near to the store.
