fast internet, clean room, hot water for shower. and excellent service quality. there is an underground parking for hot summer time. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The first room was small, not clean and with no adequate Internet connectivity. I was then moved to a nice suite with excellent wifi. The new room had a strong cigarettes smell.

If there is anything to be said beyond exceptional 👏 👌 they'll deserve it... cleanieness, staff and all details ,I gave it 5 stars and extra five for their adjacent restaurant fatta sanwber , the best grills in Saudi arabia

Location Clean

TV very old , poor and bad. No smart TV. only 4 channels are available I requested the room service to improve it by adding more channels but the technician said no more channels available

Every thing was nice 👍 *Co operative staff,the receptionist was very helpful in arranging the rooms on same floor as in my booking I didn't select the rooms on same floor. *Rooms were clean ,bed room and dining area both had TV. *Breakfast buffet was good enough with almost all basic items available *No issue for parking,lot of space available Infront of the hotel. *Gym available but couldn't visit it😒

Only complain is the floor corridor had some kind of smell may be the carpet was wet,The staff were spraying air fresheners but still it was smelly

It’s great hotel and price. Rooms are good and food are yummy. Accessible and located near business and shopping mall. The staff is extra polite, helpful and willing to assist you at once. The hotel is giving a very fresh and roomy atmosphere. All areas are clean and without obstructions. The room was in excellent condition

Stayed there for the 2nd time, the room is comfortable. Breakfast is decent as well. The location is in the city center hence nearby the city's attractions. They even gave an extra mattress for my kids.

There were no extra towels available.
