We booked 3 rooms, but they gave us a free upgrade of 4 rooms with breakfast. They gave us an early check in of 7am. Staff very friendly; if you call reception for something, they bring it immediately. Manager Ahmed helped us a lot, rooms were clean and spacious, breakfast was good. I thank all the staff, Abdulaziz, Mohammed, Ala, Ibrahim, and the cleaning staff. Really was worth the money.

Our family had an incredible experience. The hospitality was exceptional, and our requests were addressed quickly. Arwa, Nawar, and Saad were incredibly helpful and attentive to our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the residence, and my kids had one of their best experiences ever.

Everything is on spot, best option for families. Good cafes and pharmacy just few steps away. Easy check in and convenient late checkout....Location, rooms, cleanliness, room service all good. Special thanks to Ms Khulod at reception.

The property itself was nicely laid out and conveniently located. Did not feel that there was any cost cutting in the making of the room/suit, it was well thought through and finished in good quality and everything I would need was already there. The reception and staff's treatment was exceptional, i really appreciated their politeness, professionalism, and understanding. Upon arrival i was greeted with an upgrade to a very spacious suite. My booking did not include breakfast but i was still provided with a complimentary breakfast. I was granted a late check out upon my request and was given an additional late checkout all without any additional charges, and above all the rate per night was very reasonable (even without the upgrade). This hotel has definitely become my go to accommodation in Khobar.

Nothing much to complain about honestly other than the lack of windows/natural light in the living room area.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent close to different cafes and restaurants.

A big and beautiful lobby is missing since it is apartment style residence. Windows of my room were looking to the main hall with no sunlight entering the room.

Staff is very nice , Mohammed Asiri and Mohammed Al Seaidan and the lady in afteroon shift were all amazing staff and I request late check-out due to urgent meeting and they supported on this. Location is amazing near to all what you need. The gym is perfect for workout
