We booked 3 rooms, but they gave us a free upgrade of 4 rooms with breakfast. They gave us an early check in of 7am. Staff very friendly; if you call reception for something, they bring it immediately. Manager Ahmed helped us a lot, rooms were clean and spacious, breakfast was good. I thank all the staff, Abdulaziz, Mohammed, Ala, Ibrahim, and the cleaning staff. Really was worth the money.

The location of the property is very convenient, near Dharan Mall… what i like the most is you can book the pool and enjoy it with your family alone. My children enjoyed the pool. The rooms are clean and has a complete appliances..

We had the whole apartment. The rooms were really nice and the beds were comfortable. The location was excellent too. Just a tip to make sure that you calculate VAT when doing the booking, it came to me as a surprise when I had to pay a good amount of difference on what's on Booking.com and what we had to pay at the hotel.

Kids liked the private swimming pool. (required pre-reservation though., booking for 1-hr/day ). Gym was great. Breakfast was included in my booking and great. There was subway just next to the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall stay was exceptional.

Our family had an incredible experience. The hospitality was exceptional, and our requests were addressed quickly. Arwa, Nawar, and Saad were incredibly helpful and attentive to our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the residence, and my kids had one of their best experiences ever.

The breakfast was a bit basic for a 4-star property, but it was still satisfactory.
