Breakfast was always tasty and filling. I would like to particularly thank the restaurant staff. Many thanks to Mahsoud, the restaurant manager. He is exceptionally courteous and helpful and goes above and beyond to be of service. The lobby area is spacious and clean.

I personally did not like the carpeted floor in the rooms. Carpets are hard to keep clean and create the impression of being dusty. For a hot country like Saudi Arabia, I do not understand why the hotel chose to have carpeted flooring.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Holiday Inn Al Khobar and must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The hotel’s amenities were top-notch, and the service was exceptional. A special shoutout goes to the restaurant staff especially Captain Maksoud for the amazing breakfast each morning. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, with everything from fresh pastries and fruits to made-to-order omelets and specialty coffees. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure that every guest had a memorable dining experience. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

The room was spacious and beautifully furnished, offering more space than standard accommodations, which made the stay even more comfortable. It was equipped with all the necessary amenities, ensuring a seamless experience for guests. The furniture was thoughtfully chosen, adequate for the room size, and arranged in a way that enhanced the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the space. The staff truly stood out with their exceptional helpfulness, going above and beyond to accommodate requests and ensure a pleasant stay. Their warm and professional demeanor added a personal touch that made the experience memorable. Breakfast was another highlight, offering an impressive variety of fresh and delicious options. more in-room dining options would be a nice thing, but all the best eateries are at a stone throw away from the hotel so no problems overall

Very good location, with access to highway, near to shopping mall and hyper market, good, new and well maintained clean property. The complimentary karkade juice and water is definitely a plus. Food in the breakfast is good and nice variety. The egg station chef, service and their omelettes are wonderful.

Vehicle Entrance is narrow and needs to be slightly modified. Bed is soft and comfortable for short time. Not very good for the back on overnight sleeping, especially if you stay many days. Television channels need more international variety for News, Entertainment and Sports. Internet speed fluctuates. Bathrooms are well appointed but cramped toilet area.

The hotel is excellent. My wife is very please as she is very keen on cleanliness. The hotel is exceptionally neat and clean. Very spacious. The staffs are very polite and helpful. The kitchen staffs are wonderful and always willing to assist. Rayan is always coming to us ask if we were okay and if we needed anything. We enjoyed the food.

Nothing really but we would advise to have a cable channels.

The hotel is nice and location was very good. The restaurant staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. Specially Maksoud, he was very welcoming every morning, making sure that all is okay.

There is space of improvement for the receptionist who did the check-in. There is no eye-contact, upon arrival there was no explanation about the hotel facilities and restaurant timings.

It was a good stay as we spent around 12 hours while travelling to Bahrain.

There is no valet parking available, so you will need to drop off your family and park in the basement. Emergency parking is not permitted in front of the hotel. You will need to use the lifts to come to reception, which may take several minutes. In the morning, housekeeping was unresponsive despite our 6 to 7 calls. Additionally, the bathing shower system was confusing, and the hand shower was not working.

Almost everything was perfect in the hotel - location, room, wifi, parking, clealiness, bfast and staff. Special shout out to Searen (one of the receptionist)she is very knowledgeable and accommodating..

Timing in the pool - ladies timing is separate with gents (which is understood) however during our time (gents) there are so many kids along with their mother and nanny. I would suggest that there should also be a timing for Family or don't give any timing at all.

The hotel is new, in a great location, and has excellent basement parking to keep your car out of the burning sun.

The only drawback is that they don’t have enough extra beds. I booked a room for three people, and unfortunately, upon arrival, I was told that one person would have to sleep on the floor because they had run out of extra beds.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a long day. It’s also excellent value for money. The staff were absolutely lovely, always friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel!
