-Junior suite (actually is one-bedroom apartment suite) is very comfortable and clean with a lot of space. Living room has two sofas (2-seat & 3-seat); flat screen TV, big dining table for 6 people. Bed room is huge with very comfortable king-sized bed, nice furnitures, very good blackout curtains in both living room and bed room. Has real kitchen with the basic to book, microwave, refrigerator and washing maching, kettle and tea pot. -Big windows in both living room and bed room, even though not much view from the apartment except a busy road in front. -Good gym with full equipments -There is a shopping mall just cross the road with Carefour hypermarket, easy to access the highways then not much around. -House keeping staffs are nice.

-All utensils, cups and plates are for two people only -No cloth drying rack even though there is washing machine in the apartment -TV could be bigger considering the size of the apartment, also bedroom could have TV as well. -Construction noise from the shopping mall just cross the road. Not much around, neighborhood is NOT walkable with small or no sidewalk, and dangerous to cross the road with crazy drivers. -The women working at front desk are hopeless, not doing much except on their phones the whole day.

We stayed in two bedroom apartment. It’s very spacious, clean and comfortable. We liked the layout of the rooms and its luxury vibes. Room and water temperature are fine considering cold winter outside. Location is very strategic, just beside Rashid Mall with Carrefour and cinema. Plenty space of parking are available outside building and at the basements. Overall our 2 days stay was wonderful.

The hotel is in a great location. The room is well equipped and it has a kitchen with a washing machine. The staff are helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Maybe only the type of the plugs in the room. They should really consider changing them, other than that everything was perfect.

The hotel's location is my favorite feature, along with full kitchen facilities if you want to cook in your room. It also contains a washing machine and an iron. I would like to stay at this property again. But the real star of this facility is the staff.

I think carpets inside the room must need to be improve. Cleanliness of the swimming pool areas also needs to be maintained.

The hotel is most comfortable. They provide all required appliances washing machine, big refrigerator,microwave....etc., also it was exceptionally clean. Receptionists Mr. Mahdi and nawaf were very supportive. And they are professionals in welcoming the guests 😀 Thank you very much

I had to pay 150 SAR more to check out that I paid to check in or was quoted online when I booked. The staff guy at checkout was not helpful or friendly. A real bummer of a exit impression of this hotel and experience!

The staff-well respectful to the guest, east to deal with. We requested for early check in and they grant our request. Best hotel in town, very accessible to all.

Swimming pool has no heater. But very clean.

Location is walking distance from AlRashid Mall, falmengo mall is also very near by. Friendly staff. Parking spaces are always available.

Close to Rashid Mall. Quiet place, neat and tidy. Complete with appliances like washing machine, fridge, microwave oven etc..
