I booked for one night, the check-in was supposed to be from 3 to 4 pm, I asked the hotel to check in at 1 pm online, and the hotel agreed immediately without any cost, we arrived at the hotel at 11:30 am, and I asked the receptionist (Egyptian) if it was possible for us to stay in the room, he did not hesitate or discuss, but with the utmost politeness and courtesy agreed to my request and asked me if I wanted to see the rooms before. In fact, the receptionist (Egyptian) unfortunately I do not know his name was extremely polite, kind and courteous and he was very cooperative with us, although we only spent one night in the hotel, my family was very appreciative of this respectable and decent employee, my daughter said that the hotel, with its cleanliness, order and organization, deserves more than three stars. We would like to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to the receptionist and for all these reasons we planned to book and stay in the hotel again and informed friends as well. Again thank you for the gentleman respectful Egyptian receptionist.

Kitchen need more "kitchenware".

The hotel is one of the best options that is very convenient for a family. Rooms are neat and elegant. Room service very helpful and respectful. Underground parking very practical. Reception staff very helpful and respectful. Location in unique as its just infront of rashid mall and in the center of al khobar. The price is even unbeatable for the amount of benefits recieved. Really recommend.. thank you

The receptionist was very professional and checkin process was quick. Apartment was clean and beds were comfy. Location was in front of biggest mall in khobar. Extended checkout time on request. Had a pleasant stay with family.

Just a few basic add ons required like basic cutlery in the kitchen and cooking pot. Iron, dental kits. I think with few tweaks and little expenditures, they can drastically improve guest experience without increasing fares.

The hotel is in best location just beside Al Rashid Mall. There is no issue of parking and the hotel is best for its price.. i stayed there for 3 days with family & i will prefer to stay again due to the facilities and location.

The lobby is boring and the TV screen in the master bedroom is not clear

What I like to this hotel bed so comfortable, Living area, the light and its near in rasheed mall no need to take taxi everything you need is there.

The location is at the heart of city, with Rashid Mall at 1 minute & mosque at 3-min walking distance. Quiet neighborhood and hotel has sufficient parking space.

Me and my wife are so impressed Your hotel super nice and very neat and clean everything was amazing , I hope one day I will visit again your hotel . And your staff very good services specially the filipino very politely when I was ask him ..recieptonist as well.

Location

Fact that morning of my check out, someone blocked my vehicle out the parking lot and owner untraceable which wasted whole lot of hour figuring out how to move out. 😭😭😭
