I received a warm welcome and was offered an early check-in. Overall, I enjoyed my stay; the accommodations were comfortable and clean

The check-in went well, and I was happy to get a late check-out at 2 PM. But checking out wasn't great because of the receptionist's attitude. He made a point of checking the room even though I told him I didn't use the minibar. He requested his colleague out loud to check the roomin, and it was annoying to wait for my invoice until he finished his check. I refer this to lack of experience, if he wants to do that I shouldn't notice. Still, this was just a one-time thing, and I won't let it spoil my view of the overall good stay

Very friendly and helpful staff. New and fresh hotel. An outside pool and sauna available. Some restaurants and shops nearby.

Would like to have more pedestrian ways for walking around the hotel in Olaya area. Cars are passing very close to you, which is obviously unsafe. Especially now during winter it would be so great to enjoy a fresh weather by walking around.

The followings are for the enhancement consideration: - telephone line must be checked for being active while cleaning room. - swimming pool start time need to be reviewed, 10:00 am is a little bit late - gym is recommended to be equipped with sensitization equipment after use.

the room and location

the key card always stops working every 1 or 2 days, this makes it awkward when trying to enter the parking because you have to leave your car and walk back into reception - if there are cars behind you waiting to enter the parking it is a problem

It definitely exceeded my expectations! It made our first experience in the eastern province amazing. The hotel was new and clean!!! In a great neighborhood that had a lot of restaurants and activities near by. The receptionist Yousef is very accommodating, helpful, welcoming, and never turned down any requests we had. I’m so happy I chose this place and looking forward to book here again!

it is a quite hotel which is very important to me, but i got a little bit annoyed by the noise coming from the room next to me, though it is mentioned that it’s soundproof. but maybe it’s just the guests are so load

It was nice, clean and new hotel with good facilities such as swimming pool, gym, steam room and sauna. Location was great as well with good restaurants, laundry, mall and shops etc in close proximity.

There was as such nothing that I didn’t like about the property but it would be nice to have Netflix on the TV, and more lighting in the room.

Hotel was perfect the cleanliness was awesome compliments to the housekeeping staff, never been in such a clean hotel and room and everything!

the opening hours of the gym made it impossble to use the room was a bit too small in my opinion (two singl beds), hardly able to open the balcony door.
