The hotel is good however the room has old furniture now which needs to be changed. Wifi does not work during my stay. Also complained at the reception, but the issue did not revolve. Also requested for the room change so many times, but it did not change by management. Ramada has a good name in the hoteling business, but unfortunately, it did not reflect during my stay

Very good value for the room (junior executive suite), so lots of space compared to other similar hotels. Convenient location to drive to in Khobar. Decent breakfast. Bathroom had a bath as well as a good hot shower.

Only one towel when arrived, and only one left after cleaners had been! Housekeeping slow to bring up extra towels. Room had microwave, but no crockery or cutlery Fresh water bottles not provided daily. Limited restaurants in walking distance. Not enough electric sockets.

Everything was outstanding. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The only thing I would improve or change are the pillows. They are not comfortable at all. Otherwise I really enjoyed my stay and I will for sure book it whenever I comeback to Khobar

Junior suites for double room prices! Really good value, hence repeat guests (5 times, I think). Staff are great (especially the concierge/ bell boy, he really made us feel especially welcome) .

Could do with a minor refresh, but not bad and really great value for the suites.

Excellent rate on booking.com for an upgraded room, comfortable room and great location near corniche for a short trip, the two men at reception were excellent (did not catch names, on duty at 9pm on the night of Friday 29 December) and very helpful.

The decor / rooms are starting to show their age but the bed and pillows were so comfy, slept well!

I liked the cleanly , homey comfort quite a bit place to stay, The reception staff (Lama is perfect in dealing with the needs of the guests.) It is commendable. It is near to everything Ajdan walk-Rahmaniyah.. and markets

Maybe the spread was smaller than in other comparable KSA hotels but had complete range of breakfast foods and well presented. Omelets made to order also. Front desk staff particularly well-informed Mohammad in the evenings made a great impression.

Was pleasantly surprised by the size of the rooms. Only difficulty was in doing hand laundry in the bathroom for lack of plastic pail equivalent.

Water was never hot in my room 107 Carpet in corridors needs replacement. Entrance area an be better decorated and maintained. Needs better furniture and ambiance.

Not the first visit. It’s a must if l’m visiting Khobar. very clean and quiet place to stay in.

The elevator was not working properly. I waited for 10 minutes to take it but couldn’t. I used the emergency exit and luckily I was staying in the second floor. Sometimes both are working and sometimes only one.
