What I appreciate about the hotel is its commitment to respecting guests' privacy. The hotel is conveniently located close to supermarkets and restaurants.

It would have been better if there was a microwave oven to heat our food. We also noticed a leak in the bathroom, particularly in the partition between the shower and the toilet.

The Lady Receptionist was very cooperative. Room size was good. Good quality of Toiletries provided along with Tea/Coffee facilities. Beds were Comfortable. There is a wonderful Restaurant on the 9th Floor.

Parking was worst. It was too steep of a climb and the ceiling touches a mid size sedan. Its a Hazard. It becomes difficult to park at night around the property. There were only 2 elevators for the whole accommodation and wasted a lot of time in waiting.

I did not like that I left me Macbook charger and within an hour when I called , no one has seen it I’m so devastated, but the place it’s good but won’t come back because I don’t tolerate stealing I’m so sad , like why who ever was the house keeper couldn’t take it to lost and found I’m so bored

My experience was exceptional from start to finish. The restaurant, in particular, stood out with its thoughtful ambiance and remarkable food quality. I enjoyed one of the best meals I've ever had, complemented by a comfortable and relaxing stay. Highly recommend!

The receptionists were very welcoming and professional. The 9th floor restaurant is an experience not to be missed especially around sunset time as it overlooks the coast and is on the rooftop. The room service team are very organised and quick to respond.

The rate increment around eid time but it is not this hotel as an exception. Almost all hotels in khubar increased their rates dramatically despite the fact you were staying for a longterm.

We like very much, over all hotel and its facilities are excellent, and really appreciated for your good staff, who has been giving very nice and kind services.

- Cost effective place - Room is extra clean 👌 compared its a three star hotel - family sweet of double and twin rooms is very convenient for small family - Roof restaurant is very famous in this area - Elevator is very quick

- Car parking is too small .. you have to park in the open street - Check in took long time as the rooms was not ready and they have shortage of staff - Toilet need some maintenance - Elevator is being used by service and staff at rhw same times... sometimes bad or food smell

Location was excellent and reception staff were great, they helped me to check in early.

Locks of the washroom don't work, house keeping andbroom service don't answer your calls.

This Hotel seriously needs maintenance, because not a single room (including Bathroom) had locks which is really embarrassing

We had breakfast at 9th floor.. the view was spectacular.. i just hoped that american breakfast like waffles and pancakes was available at that time

We didnt have the view of the sea from our hotel room.. We heard noises like people arguing in other room from our window and even if our window was closed..
