The breakfast is excellent, I would like to see the breakfast opening half an hour earlier. If you are in the Hotel for business, you will be collected at 07.00, and then there is not enough time to enjoy your breakfast, return to your room, and get ready for your 07.00 am pick up. It would also be nice if the life cooking chef starts when the breakfast opens and is not 10 minutes late, since then you will miss the life cooking of omelet or scrambled eggs.

Single beds are much less comfortable than double beds when you are alone. When you forget to put the clean your room " sign on the door, your room is not touched or checked.

The receptionist Ms Demah was kind and accommodating, she provided us an early check in. Since the type of room that we booked already run out of non smoking rooms, Ms Demah (Special thanks to her) decided to upgrade our room to suite which was a much bigger and comfortable environment that was non smoking. Any assistance you asked from the receptions is very well taken. Highly appreciated. The staff in the dining area were good and answers to any queries that we had about the food.

We usually get out of the hotel early around 8am and back 3pm and putting the note "pls make up the room" but despite of that the housekeeping kept on cleaning the room late. We have to wait for them to clean our room. You have to inform the receptionist every time to have it cleaned early. Suggestion, 1 housekeeping to rounds in each floor at least during the peak season to avoid delay in cleaning.

The free breakfast. The help with the front desk making my reservations into a PDF format for my visa requirements. Also acting as a liaison because the workers (room service) don't speak English very well.

Things need to be fixed like drawers & cabinets wouldn't close. Also, I got their & you are supposed to put a sign on the door if you want housekeeping. So I didn't put the sign out since I just got there & they knocked on my door anyway. I was immediately disappointed with that, I'm trying to relax & I'm being bothered, why???...🙄

Location excellent. It's on the road. The area is big. Room size was good too. Bed sheets and carpets clean. Hair dryer, iron and all necessary kits available in every room. Clean rooms, in room restaurant service tried chicken biryani which was very good, American steak sandwich was okay. Mattress is also ok to sleep Breakfast was good with variety. The taste is also okay depends on what u want to eat. Staff welcoming.

Water pressure in shower is low. TV very bad. No smart options, very small size as per room. Didn't like. It's not soundproof. Breakfast can be slightly improved for the price. I got this hotel on offer in low season. Full price is costly.

It's a pleasant and peaceful spot with good food and a nice location.

We checked in late at night, and the receptionist at that time was a bit rude. He informed us that breakfast was not included and that we had to pay extra for our 10-year-old son. However, in the morning, we contacted Booking.com, who then reached out to Naaviti Warwick for clarification. It turned out that everything was already covered. Shortly after, we received a call from the reception confirming that there were no additional charges.

I had a wonderful stay at Naviti Warwick Al Khobar, and I’d like to sincerely thank Ms. Atheer and Ms. Fatima at the reception for their exceptional service. They handled all my requirements with great professionalism and care. I had mistakenly left an envelope in the hotel lobby, and they made sure it was safely returned to me. Truly appreciative of their attentiveness and support — a great reflection of the hotel’s hospitality.

Regular visitor, this is my preferred place of stay in Khobar whenever I come for work or short stay with family. Location, service, food, check in/out, rooms and cleanliness, ambience all are as per expectations.

They have modified the shower cubicles which earlier used to let out water in the bathroom, so that’s good. TV channels still need to be changed and added with more international channels and better signal reception. Parkjng needs to be improved with shaded parking around the building, since there are only 7 narrow spots with pillars inside the building. Gym/Spa needs to be upgraded and made functional.

I have stayed here before and chose this again because of the location, service, convenience and comfort. Rooms, lobby and corridor are very clean and of good standards. Front Office staff [especially Mr Garamallah] extremely courteous and assistive. Breakfast is one of the best in this star category. Room Service is good, and housekeeping is something to be really mentioned, they are always available on-demand and not only on fixed timings as in other hotels. Very convenient. Laundry service also is very quick and prompt.

The shower cubicle could be better maintained, they need a soap/shampoo tray inside, and proper insulation in the glass partition bottom, to avoid water seepage outside the cubicle in the bathroom. TV channels need to be more international and with better reception... had highlighted this in the previous visit also. Swimming Pool and Gym facilities are limited and good for children. Covered Parking outside is required in summer as the inside parking is very limited.

My default location in Khobar, unless I am trying out something newer. Good location and access, right pricing and value, neat and cozy rooms, good housekeeping.

Food has become monotonous in the breakfast, needs a change especially in the main dishes. The limited indoor parking issue needs to be sorted out, by installing shades around periphery of the building. If there’s a plan, increase the size of health club (swimming pool and gym).
