I stayed at this hotel for almost five years, starting in 2019, as it served as my company’s staff accommodation. Despite being a 3-star hotel, it truly exceeds expectations and, in many ways, outshines many 4- and 5-star hotels. For just 230 SAR per night for a single room, you get a spacious room with a king-size bed, a separate and large living area, and the highlight—a private bathroom with a generously sized bathtub. The bathroom is impressively big, adding to the comfort of the stay. I always felt happy staying here, especially because I got to know most of the friendly and professional staff over time. The location is also convenient, with a large LULU hypermarket just a minute’s walk away. Although it’s slightly far from the main malls and attractions, you can reach the famous Corniche Road pedestrian beach in under 10 minutes on foot. I sincerely hope my company chooses this hotel again in the future because I truly miss staying here. It’s a gem for both business and leisure stays!

- Minor maintenance required with bathroom, toilet bowl and head shower. - A glass cup, liquid hand soap, body wash is needed in bathroom. - Soap holder is a must either in shower area or near the sink.

I spent four nights at the place and it was really lovely and calm. The location of please is amazing, it's just 5 minutes from the beach and 2 minutes walk to a hypermarket. The staff are also nice and great. Especially Rania, she was really helpful in many ways. I'm really thankful for her.

The interior of the room and doors are a bit outdated.

We were upgraded to an executive suit immediately. Early check in was allowed and the woman at the front desk was very welcoming and professional. The staff were polite and very friendly at all times.

The furniture requires updating.

I thank Ms. Ameerah for the excellent reception and cooperation, and I thank the hotel management for choosing such type of employees. Restaurant was good , service very good.

Hotel need renovation

location- very near to corniche Location was best Room was clean and big enough for a family of 4. Receptionist Ms. Amreen was very nice and kind, she was very helpful and assisted customers quickly, very fast at service and perfect to handle guest quickly. We would like to comeback to this hotel again.

I like the room location. We were at the side where the sea is on our front facing sunrise.

On our first night, there seems to have a loud music being played somewhere. But, generally, it's OK.

I was upgraded to the sea view room, the receptionist was really nice

I missed my AirPods in my room and check-out. I called the property after 4 hours. staff found and kept it as safely. i got my AirPods back. thank you
