Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean with great views of the beach and the city.

I heard a lot of noise in the morning and night above my room on the 8th floor. This noise was likely due to moving furniture in the restaurant on 9th floor. I could not rest or sleep and complained to reception after which the noise went away. The hotel administration needs to reduce any loud noise to allow guests to rest and sleep without disturbance.

Staff are quick and responsive to our needs. Quiet location. Safe area. Very comfortable beds and pillows are of high quality. Spacious 2bedroom suite with a nice view but would be better with small table for dining.

Amenities not meeting the 4star status. Disposable paper cups and disposable plastic utensils during breakfast. I can see and understands the on-going upgrade and development of the Hotel. Keep it up.

The location of the hotel, the cleanliness of the place, the arrangement of the rooms and the price are very suitable for the level of the hotel.

As for the room, it needs some additions. It needs a hand washbasin with the mini bar. The bed needs a pad to be more comfortable because the mattress was hard and uncomfortable. These are my comments and thanks.

The hotel is very good in every sense. The cleanliness of the rooms, the food and the restaurant, the services provided, the staff ( Mr. Ameer, Mr. Sohail, Mr. Vikas and Mr. Kabeer), the ambience. It is a good choice to spend your time calmly and relax.

Th hotel is still under going development and I am optimistic about its future. The staff was amazing and the bed felt comfy. The view to the sea is nice.

Hotel design doesn’t go up to its location and the finishing inside the rooms looks out of style. The bathroom is clean but the decoration is out of date.

I had an amazing experience thanks to the exceptional hospitality of the receptionist Mr Turki. He was welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Truly outstanding service by him and bell mans Shahadat and kabir.

The staff was very cooperative and attentive, mainly the staff who did checkin for me, he actively listened to me and answered all queries along with explaining the available emenities , which reflects excellent customer service. Truly appreciated.

People in the reception are top tier 👍🏻 Once you enter the property you immediately feel calm 🤍 The Seaview is exceptional 🥹❤️ The Breakfast was great 💙 The Staff is well behaved and the room service is amazing 🩵

The carpet looks a little bit dirty and has stains needs to be vacuumed, parking area is small and is not enough for the residents of the hotel, specially in busy days

I like the cleaning staff response. Tge room was clean and tge view, also the TV subscription and channels.

Breakfast wasnt fresh all days and need more variety. The pool wasnt clean.
