Exceptional Stay at Hilton Al Khobar Causeway I had an amazing experience at Hilton Al Khobar Causeway. The rooms were spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the overall ambiance was inviting. The location is perfect, with easy access to everything you need in the area. The rooms were clean, and smelled good. The housekeeping (shafiq) worked extra hard to clear the bathroom drain which overflowed when one of us took a shower. I personally love the spa. It was one of the best massages I’ve had in a while. They also have steam room, jacuzzi, and dry sauna.

- Checked in at 3pm. One of our rooms was still not ready and we had to wait 2 more hours for it. The manager felt sorry so he extended our late checkout and gave us free breakfast at the buffet which we are very thankful for. - the room keys didn’t work maybe 3x in one day so we had to go to the lobby and ask them to update it. It was very inconvenient. - i wished there was beef bacon available on the buffet.

This was a luxury stay in Al Kobar. Everything was perfect in the hotel. Very clean, even in the smallest detail (e.g., water marks on the taps). Breakfast was very good with lots of different choices. In general, I really enjoyed the stay. A few things that could be improved: the restaurant didn't have many options available. The dine-in room menu was different from the restaurant's one. Also, I couldn't find an entrance to go in or out of the hotel on foot. Only car barriers existed. Also, the air conditioning was producing an extremely cold temperature in the room, I had to turn it off most of the times because I was about to get cold (even after I increased the temperature significantly). The staff was amazing, especially Seha at the reception was above and beyond.

The hotel was clean and very nice. It's newly built. The room was very spacious. The beds were comfortable. We got the double beds which were a little bigger than twin beds. The breakfast was exceptional with lots of varieties. The service was was good too! I enjoyed the facilities the hotel provided, such as the ladies gym and the spa. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool as well.

The hotel was close to the beach area corniche road. The only issue was that we had to drive to get there. It was not in the walking distance.

Rooms were good in size and overall clean and comfortable. Swimming pool is covered with temp controlled pool area. Staff was friendly. Sheikha at the front desk was sweet and helpful. Breakfast was good and restaurant chef and other staff were friendly.

Wifi is not good. Does not work at various spots in hotel. I had to use my roaming data sometimes. Hotel had a low occupancy. I paid for a sea view and could have gotten a better view. I went to the front desk to request for it but still couldnt get it changed despite low hotel occupancy.

The breakfast was very good with many options to choose from. The hotel is very close to the corniche, we could actually walk every morning to see the sunrise. The spa services at the hotel are not to be missed. The massage was very relaxing. It’s a newly opened hotel so everyone was very welcoming.

They told us that the gym was 24 hours open but we found it closed at 2 am when my son wanted to use. The staff however is very helpful and friendly.

Everything is great about this hotel except for breakfast experience that was a bit chaotic. The serving area was very congested, the guests keep brushing each other. There was only one chef on life egg station resulting in long waiting time. The water and juice station was not sufficiently refilled. The staff were overwhelmed but still very courteous and polite.

Swimming pool timing are so bad to stay there. I needed to enter pool but they did not allow me to swim after 4pm while i am coming from work 5pm. This need to be improve. Everywhere was freezing and I got cold and fever the next day. Room does not have hot AC.
