I was dismayed after reading few negative comments, but the hotel exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness was top notch. The climate control and the wifi worked perfectly. The rooms were large, clean, and carpeted. The kitchenette featured a washing machine, a wash basin, a cooking stove, and a microwave. The hall had sofas and a dinning table. Toiletries were provided too. The morning arabic breakfast was delicious too. Loved their presentation of breakfast. The location is also convenient- from here you can easily visit Khobar corniche, Saudi Bahrain Causeway, King Fahd grand mosque, Khobar Lulu Hypermarket, Al Rashid Mall, and 5.75 Amazon KSA. A variety of restaurants can be found nearby. Overall the hotel is A GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY.

No towel (I am not complaining - I managed)

Outstanding location. Very central and very peaceful. They even show full flexibility in checkin and checkout times. Clean and tidy. Can be recommended for medium to long term stay as well.

Kitchen & washroom amenities are not at par and can be improved. Some old furniture should be gotten rid of and toilets should get a revamp.

First of all , I would like to thank everyone who working at this hotel except the Egyptian guy who was on reception desk around 9:35 pm at 1/8/2024 on Thursday that guy has bad behavior and did treat me like that because I’ve found a cheaper price from booking , he refused to let me pay by credit card machine and he shouted on my face as well , the issue has been resolved by booking.com customer care . Finally ,this is not first time been on this hotel , the price and hotel were acceptable and inshallah we will come back .

The rate was really cheap compared to other properties in the area, and considering that we stayed during the holidays. We booked for the 3-bedroom apartment. The rooms were very spacious and clean. There is a nice living room with comfortable sofas, a kitchenette with all the basic needs, and two clean toilet&bath. Overall, it met our expectations.

They asked us to check out at 2pm, even though in the booking information, it was mentioned that check out time is until 3pm. I was not in the hotel at that time, only my wife and kids are in the hotel so I did not have the chance to complain. When i arrived, they already checked out and waiting for me at the hotel lobby. I did not care to complain anymore that time.

The customer service and fast response from the receptionist which made me satisfied and come back again. 1- Faisal Alharbi is a very decent person and helpful too Saudi national. 2- Somaya is a very helpful too. They have a great comprehensive and principles of how deal with travelers. I really appreciate their efforts . Thank you a very much for your great Job. Well Done,

The location, it’s quite place, love it.

The furniture needs to restoring. It should be available kids bed free charge, this is even available for very luxury hotel without fees.

This is my 2nd time coming to shally.. I like the neutral scent of the room, not heavily laden with perfumes.. The duvet was comfortably clean.. Staff attends the needs even in wee hours.. Commendable.. Yet it was mentioned that buffet breakfast will be serve but it wasn't.. Nonetheless, food was serve.. So it is still fine. How I wished we were informed by the receptionist so we can just request the plated breakfast be sent to our room instead of us coming to the mess hall.. Room for improvement. Still a thumbs up..

The breakfast option. For a family, only 1 plate was given. Quantity should be increased atleast. But still wont complain over it, it is still a good option to have

the bed and the pillow are comfortable, the staff are nice, Parking is available and the wifi password is available in the room key, no need to ask the reception about it.

the A/C took time to cool,, even I thought it was not working in the beginning

I like the welcoming staff, they were all accomodating. The hotel ambiance as is very welcoming.

None. However it will be of most help if the front desk staff knows how to speak English a little bit more to accomodate more foreign customers.
