I recommend that the place is accessible.good parking all the time,good facilities,manangement and staff are approacheable and friendly.regarding for the free meal breakfast absolutely delicious chef Ahmad exceptional in his profession.his arrangement and pleting were superb.

I just only saying regarding for the swimming pool.supposed to have female pool area also.

We recently stayed at the Villa Park Hotel in Al Khobar, and our experience was exceptional. The suite was exactly as described—spacious, clean, and comfortable. We truly appreciated the late checkout they offered, which made our departure much more relaxed. The hotel’s location is fantastic, with many shops and restaurants nearby, making it convenient to explore the area. The hotel also provides parking, which is a big plus, and the on-site SPA and swimming pool added to our overall relaxation. Breakfast was very good, with a variety of options to start the day (changing menu every days). A very special thanks to Chef Mahmoud for his outstanding service every morning in the restaurant, along with his team. They made our dining experience delightful. Overall, Villa Park Hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Al Khobar.

Highly recommended!!! Best value for money in Khobar. Mr Emad manager and Mr Bahadur server were super helpful kind and professional. We had booked large suit for 3 rooms in just sr1000 for two days. Jacuzzi, swimming for kids, sauna, steam and breakfast buffet with good options just make it look unreal. Suit was spacious. . We will definitely come back here everytime.

Parking a little difficult if car is big but there is lot of space outside the reserved space so no issue. Never have black tiles in washrooms.

From A to Z, everything good, rooms very clean, restaurant and breakfast very variant and excellent, staff cooperative and friendly, wonderful place for families and kids, swimming pool is very nice. Highly recommended plus the competitive price in the city. I would like to thinking Sheif Ahmed, Mr Usama for their exceptional hospitality.

My stay at the hotel was great experience in every way. The staff was incredibly attentive, the room was comfortable and well-appointed. The highlight of my experience was taken my breakfast at the hotel restaurant. The chef's Ahmed skills were truly outstanding, creating dishes that were delicious . I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a decent and affordable stay.

Breakfast was great, very fresh and very diversified specially with the Chief Ahmed who is very welcoming and presenting a nice hospitality. Big space , lobby with drinks and coffee , remarkable Egyptian chef Ahmed, Abu Rahaf , is very polite and also professional food serving at breakfast. He was one of the reasons I stayed with my family for more than a week.

The entire place is under renewal. They could use couple of weeks closer till they finish. Also, the elevators are very old and slow

Though we took a room for 2 adults. They provided us two mattress for our kids. Whatever we need we got them by just a phone call..Breakfast was included in our booking... we all 5 of them had it. Restaurants and baqala is very near. The rom was clean and spacious with all facilities.

There was one staff member, Peter, who went the extra mile to ensure that we were comfortable. He assisted with a few small issues that we had. He even stayed later than his shift, to ensure that we were happy.

The hotel was fully booked for the weekend. When we arrived for breakfast, there was no available seating and most of the food was already finished. The food that was available did not cater for Westerners. The manager however, did agree to refund us for our breakfast.
