I recommend that the place is accessible.good parking all the time,good facilities,manangement and staff are approacheable and friendly.regarding for the free meal breakfast absolutely delicious chef Ahmad exceptional in his profession.his arrangement and pleting were superb.

I just only saying regarding for the swimming pool.supposed to have female pool area also.

The rooms are neat and clean, and the service is exceptional. Special thanks to the reception staff — all of them were very helpful, especially Mr. Imaad who went above and beyond to assist us. Breakfast was a daily highlight! Chef Ahmed truly surprises guests each morning with a delicious variety of dishes. We recently stayed at the Villa Park Hotel in Al Khobar, and our experience was exceptional. The suite was exactly as described—spacious, clean, and comfortable. We truly appreciated the late checkout they offered, which made our departure much more relaxed. The hotel’s location is fantastic, with many shops and restaurants nearby, making it convenient to explore the area. The hotel also provides parking, which is a big plus, and the on-site SPA and swimming pool added to our overall relaxation. Breakfast was very good, with a variety of options to start the day (changing menu every days). A very special thanks to Chef Mahmoud for his outstanding service every morning in the restaurant, along with his team. They made our dining experience delightful. Overall, Villa Park Hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Al Khobar.

The kindness of staff they smiling and the breakfast is very good also the chef who made the breakfast was very helpful and always asking us if we need anything else, I'm liking the hotel location it's at the beginning of commercial street that contains all shops you need , fainly there is a laundry beside the hotel you can't ask for more.

The back parking is very tight and if your car long you will have nightmare to park it without damage it .

Highly recommended!!! Best value for money in Khobar. Mr Emad manager and Mr Bahadur server were super helpful kind and professional. We had booked large suit for 3 rooms in just sr1000 for two days. Jacuzzi, swimming for kids, sauna, steam and breakfast buffet with good options just make it look unreal. Suit was spacious. . We will definitely come back here everytime.

Parking a little difficult if car is big but there is lot of space outside the reserved space so no issue. Never have black tiles in washrooms.

From A to Z, everything good, rooms very clean, restaurant and breakfast very variant and excellent, staff cooperative and friendly, wonderful place for families and kids, swimming pool is very nice. Highly recommended plus the competitive price in the city. I would like to thinking Sheif Ahmed, Mr Usama for their exceptional hospitality.

My stay at the hotel was great experience in every way. The staff was incredibly attentive, the room was comfortable and well-appointed. The highlight of my experience was taken my breakfast at the hotel restaurant. The chef's Ahmed skills were truly outstanding, creating dishes that were delicious . I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a decent and affordable stay.
