The room is spacious with good light and amazingly clean. Houskeeper are fast and dedicated. Parking is enough. Some rooms with distant see view ( not mentioned on booking ). Swimming pool small but adequate.

Receptionest are nice but needs more experiencs. The breakfast is diverse but not tasty ( they need a good chef ). Gym is neglected sauna and jacuzi are off all the time only if you keep requesting to turn it on. Check. Out process is slow.

We recently stayed at The Proud Hotel in Khobar for a short family getaway, and overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience for traveling with kids. Room & Amenities: Our room was clean, modern, and spacious enough for our family with excellent amenities for families traveling with children. The hotel features an indoor swimming pool and a dedicated children’s pool, both located on the basement floor and accessible 24/7. Additionally, there is a well-equipped kids’ playroom with various activities suitable for children of all ages.

The facilities are clean and well maintained. The staff are courteous. The linens were all clean and maintained. I liked the twin bed and individual cupboard arrangement.

1. The parking at the back is not accessible as there is no one near the gate. And also, there isn't any direct entry to the hotel front from the main road. You have to drive back from tamimi all the way to the end and then get back from the service lane at the front. Second, the number of amenities (shampoo, soap etc) for a twin bedroom needs to be for each person, including a set of extra toilet rolls in case needed.

I absolutely loved my stay at The Proud Hotel! The rooms were very clean, featuring new furniture and modern designs that made for a comfortable atmosphere. I appreciated the abundance of complimentary supplies, including a shaving kit, comb, toothbrush, and various toiletry items. The staff were definitely the highlight of my experience; they were incredibly nice, accommodating, and helpful, making me feel truly valued as a guest.

While my stay was wonderful overall, there were a few areas for improvement. The bed was a bit too springy for my liking, and a mattress topper would enhance comfort. Additionally, the pillows were a little too stiff; softer, feather-filled options would be a nice touch. I also found the breakfast start time of 6:30 am to be a bit late for those with early work commitments; starting at 6:00 am would be much more convenient. Lastly, while the food selection was good, it was served cold, as it seemed to be prepared well in advance.

This time is very noisy. i stayed in 203 shower was blocked so there was stagnant water.problem was solved immediately. The next day of stay i was in 206 .unfortunately there were some maintenance you can hear the drilling started from 8.28 am till night. Tody is the 24 i was offered to move to 609 the room is nice and larger than the previous rooms. But I can still hear the hammering and drilling; i hope the noise will not continue the whole night. It is really bathing and irritating .This is the first time I have encountered this dilemma in this hotel I should be compensated for this unpleasant stay. Thank you.

The hotel is ideally located right on the main road, just next to Causeway. The suite was spacious, immaculate, and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff was exceptionally professional, friendly, and attentive to all our needs. The convenience of onsite parking made our stay even more stress-free. Albaik, a popular restaurant, was just a short walk away, although it only offers takeout, which was still a great option for a quick meal.

Everything in the hotel exceeded our expectations. We enjoined our stay. Breakfast was really good and the cleanness of the hotel. Service response time should be improved. Maybe the delay was due to Eid vacation high season There was a delay in the room service and Laundry.

Affordable price, very nice staff, clean comfortable room, bathroom had everything including shaving kit, vanity kit, dental kit etc. The breakfast was also good for the price

Due to heavy rain the electricity was cut off for about 40 min in the hotel. I suppose there was a generator as there were lights in the corridor and lifts were working, but there was no electricity whatsoever in the room. In case of emergency it would be difficult to find a way out of the room.
