Good, clean and comfortable rooms. Had good facilities such as a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room in addition to a gym and billiards table. Staff were were friendly and helpful, especially the reception. Very good breakfast. I went there just to take a break and didn't intend to go out much so the location was quite convenient for me.

There weren't any restaurants or grocery stores at a walking distance so if you drive to one, you have to take a long route to get back to the hotel. All requests such as room clean up should be requested through the reception. The cleaning staff did not respond to the room display unit when i requested to clean up my room.

Very spacious room. Nice comfy beds with great ambiance. Pleasently surprised to find out they have interconnecting rooms. Crockery has been provided as well. The breakfast was exceptional. The range of items was excellent and taste was even better. Hands down best breakfast I have in quite some time. The approach could be tricky depending on from you are coming. So double check your route.

They can work on the amenities in the washroom. There wasn't a hair dryer not a shower cap or comb etc. Soap was disappointing as well.

size of the rooms, very clean, and the employees were beneficial, especially the reception guys (Abu Rashad, Rayyan, and Abdullah " the Saudi Guy), the breakfast was perfect, and my trip was excellent.

the basement ramp, it was scary. we always request the sleepers for the toilets, and when we ask them to clean the room, they forget to put it again.

We stayed for an event at Ithra. Quick 15 minutes down the highway...easy. Cannot believe how modern, clean, & spacious this spot is for the money. Comfy beds, yummy breakfast, attentive staff. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Not sure who to blame, but the Booking.com confirmation said 3 adults & 1 child and breakfast included in the price. The hotel let us know at breakfast only 2 adults were included. They wore down and comped it, but be warned. Also, it was only going to be SAR25 for the extra person... but I didnt expect to have to have that discussion.

No sofa available. Not providing items like soap, shamboo, water on daily basis. They provided just one time on first day only. Most of the times, no person avaiable in reception. No food. Swimming pool is very small.

The place is amazing, comfortable, clean and welcoming atmosphere.

The bad thing about this place is the location is in a highway and the windows in the bed rooms are not isolating which means thst car sounds at night is easy to hear and therefore is difficult to sleep. They need to fix the windows with isolation double classes windows system to solve the problem. Thanks

the property is new in a new neighborhood. it is well maintained. the breakfast is so variant with enough quantities. the staff are so much supportive, they don’t hesitate to provide support even if the request is not usual! thanks to Omar and Nasser

Location is in a newly developed area but its very peaceful. Check the amenities before checking in. Had to call the reception for iron, hair dryer etc.

Location us good.. just at the entrance of Causeway. Neat and clean property. Mr Abdullah in the reception was very helpful. He upgraded my suite to deluxe.

Pool is very small. No towel available near pool. Bring it from room. Room service was not quick . Breakfast was very very limited. I felt very disappointed.

As before, the room size is amazing. Large room and comfortable bed. They were kind enough to turn on the air conditioning before my arrival and this made the room even more comfortable. The location is also very nice. There is no hassle of parking on the property.

The breakfast was not as good as I had previously experienced. The choices were reduced. The taste was still good though.
