The staff was very friendly and accommodating. When I checked in, one person was very polite and friendly asking questions about where I was from and if I had been to Saudi before and he was just very personable. When I checked out, I noticed I had a flat tire and he made some phone calls and talked to various people and found someone with an air pump and he personally went outside to fill my tire with air. I feel really awful that I have forgotten his name, but I will not forget him. The location was very nice as there were restaurants and stores very near and a nice park by the water. The room was very large with a great view. Breakfast tasted good.

There was only one elevator as the other elevator was under maintenance. The elevator was too slow (in my opinion), so even though my room was on the 8th floor, my friend and I decided to just take the stairs (going up and down) on a few different occasions. The elevator was very busy stopping what seemed like every floor.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The furniture was neat and comfortable. The location was right by the corniche with cafes and restaurants nearby. The Breakfast was good and worth the price paid for. Ample parking space.

Unfortunately the rooms were not close by, but this was because all rooms were fully booked.

The staff were accommodating, the ambience was great, and the location was perfect. The room was clean, though there's some stain on the carpet, but it was clean. Check-in and check-out were smooth.

The bathroom floor was slippery. If you have children or geriatric with you, just take extra care. Only 1 bath towel was prepared, but upon informing the reception, they added 2 more.

The location of the hotel was excellent, a walking distance from the beachfront. no other buildings next to it, so a spacious streets around and lots of parking spots. large room space for a great price.

The room I stayed in had no sound proofing, I heard everything going on outside. The elevators are a bit old, and had some strange concerning sounds going up and down.

WE only arrived at 6am (comining from a night flight). And they allowed us to keep the romm till 1pm

The breakfast buffet was somehow a bit poor....

Excellent location. The gentleman at the reception who checked us in, the in charge of the restaurant were all very coordial. Spacious rooms with lovely sea view.

The WiFi was very poor and not working in the bedrooms. Except for that...all was well.

Very recommended, nice position, quiet zone, front sea. Nice spacious rooms, comfortable bed, clean and tidy. Breakfast very typical, not suitable for foreigners but very rich btw.

The Wi Fi was weak at times ..and the Satallite Disc blow down one night. I was sceptical about booking this Hotel on reading the reviews..there were plenty of towels and it was better 👌 than I read in all .
