Our week vacation was light and stress free all because of Mr. Abbas (housekeeping manager) and Mr. Osama( general manager). They were very helpful and made our stay comfortable. They always made sure we had everything we needed and that we are having a good time. I would highly recommend braira resort to my colleagues.

A special thank you to: • Miss Maisaa and Mr Akram at the reception – Warm, professional, and incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived and Miss Miasaa did her best to extend my stay extra night as I requested . They made the check-in smooth and welcomed us with genuine hospitality. • Mr. Mahmoud and Mr. Mohammed, the beach supervisors – Always present with a smile, ensuring the beach was clean and safe, and that guests were comfortable and well taken care of. • Mr. Abbass, the Housekeeping Manager – Impressive attention to detail. Our room was spotless every day, and any request was met promptly and professionally. • Mr. Osama, the Resort Manager – His leadership is evident in every corner of the resort. Friendly, approachable, and always making sure guests are happy and satisfied. Thank you all for making our stay so special. The location was absolutely wonderful, and the facility itself was lovely. I truly appreciated the staff—they were incredibly welcoming and their attitudes were so positive. It really made a difference in my experience, as they were attentive and responsive to everything I needed.

There are a few minor issues that could use some attention. For instance, the shower door could benefit from some adjustments to prevent water from escaping into the bathroom. Additionally, the air conditioner doesn't have heating capabilities, so it would be wonderful to have a heater available during the winter months. Thank you for considering these adjustments to improve comfort!

There are a couple of areas for improvement. The closet light remains on at night, which can be inconvenient, and the decor and bathroom could benefit from some renovations to match the otherwise high standards. Despite these minor issues, it was a great experience, and I would still recommend it for its comfort, service, and prime location

The receptionist was exceptionally professional throughout the check-in and check-out processes. I was impressed by the enthusiasm and efficiency of the room service staff. If you're seeking a secluded retreat for two, complete with all the amenities you need, this is the ideal location. The hotel's customer relationship management team even followed up with a call to ensure our stay was satisfactory, a thoughtful touch that sets them apart.

While the in-room dining menu was standard, the hotel's exceptional service would benefit from a more unique and memorable culinary experience. The current menu offerings are similar to those found at other hotels.

It was amazing experience staying in braira resort. Especially kids enjoyed a lot ( pool, beach and other facilities inside the resort. Mr. Abbas House keeping manager is very helpful and always available for any requirements from the room facility. Best Regards, Vivek G

We had a wonderful stay at Braira Hotel Resorts. The amenities, including the pool and beach, were fantastic. The on-site dining offered a delightful variety of local and international dishes. The staff, especially Maysaa, provided exceptional support, and also thank Noura and Abbas for your support and making my experience even better. I highly recommend this resort for a relaxing getaway..

Breakfast was good. The rooms were very big enough and probably new. the whole resort is very clean. Sea resort Close to Khobar City. Can enjoy a boat ride in the evening. The swimming pool is clean. Food for lunch can be ordered separately which will be delivered hot and we enjoyed that at the marina.

Great staff, very welcoming and cheerful. Management upgrade us without asking from executive apartment to a villa for no extra cost. Its cosy and private and great fro families and groups of friend. Management contacted me after check out to ensure our stay was to our liking. Excellent service.
