⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Incredible – 10/10 Experience! We had an unforgettable stay at HDB Resort & Spa in Al Khobar. From the moment we checked in, everything was flawless. The resort is beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and offers a perfect mix of privacy, luxury, and relaxation. The villas are spacious, modern, and well-equipped—especially the beach access and garden which was a highlight for us. It felt like having our own peaceful oasis. The landscaping around the resort is stunning and immaculately maintained, adding to the serene atmosphere. The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Room service was fast and the food quality exceeded expectations, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. There are multiple activities to choose from such as horse riding, dune buggy, cycling, jet ski. The water is clean and relaxing. You also get coffee kiosks and a supermarket inside so there’s absolutely no need to leave the resort for anything. Our host Arwa Ibrahim is an exceptional person and took care of us during our stay. It’s by far one of the best resorts in the Eastern Province. Highly recommended and definitely worth every riyal!

I think the restaurant needs updating, the menu needs to be more thorough with desserts too - we were told its not available constantly. The breakfast buffet could be more international.

- the beach is very spacious and clean , the sands are so soft and fluffy -many activities available such sport center, horse riding , swimming in the beach or pool , bicycle - foods and drinks were available in many areas with acceptable prices -Smooth checking in and out , with good room service response

-The prices are a bit high -There should be more securities available around the beach area ( I saw 2 men harassing 2 females and following them around and unfortunately no on intervened from the facility ) -There should be beach guards during the whole swimming time in the beach ( from morning till afternoon) as there are many children swimming

The only good thing about the property was the access to the beach.

The facilities that were advertised were not available. The reception staff were unwelcoming and unhelpful when asked. Overall, the resort could have been nice; however, it is not properly maintained, the staff lacks hospitality, and the villa is subpar.

The beach was very close, and this what i came for. I didn’t come to have a good services or facilities, because if I do the price will be 2x, so i do like it. I hade the one room package.

Only better quality restaurants like fresh juices, and better food. The did not play music very often, and I didn’t feel any vibe.

Prime location and designed with easy beach access, the villa designs are practical, and the furniture is clean. Lots of activities in the resort, bicycle and golf cart rentals, jet ski rental, horse riding, archery, spa, swimming pools, 24 hour super market, mosque, laundry service and a restaurant etc.

Villa air-conditioning requires servicing. It was smelly. Housekeeping requires more staff to be hired for timely servicing all villas. More on premise restaurants need to be added to serve variety to customers. The beach should be cleaned, lot of small stones cause injuries to children.

ROOM SERVICE IS NOT TO MY EXPECTATION. The room service is not available. I waited 5 hours in order to get towels. and room service number is not answering and zero number is not answering. May be the resort is almost full and no staff enough to serve. but overall, i am satisfied.
