Location, room, amenities inside the room was superb. WiFi is also fast. They were also ready with the iron and ironing board which I pre requested.

When I checked in, the receptionist didn't inform me that the parking outside the hotel (just in front) is paid per hour and the next day that I left (8am), I found a parking ticket in my windshield. The lady receptionists also when I checked in barely speaks English. It was only the next day (when I am about to checked-out, that I was informed of their Free Basement Parking). Also, when I am about to order a breakfast at 8am (the time they said the opening of their restaurant), nobody was answering the phone in the restaurant.

The location, staff and the cleanliness. Overall it exceeded my expectations. Good location was good with plenty of underground parking. Staff were friendly and very helpful. They kitchenet and pantry had all the utensils and basically they had everything you needed for a relaxed stay at the hotel. In Shaa Allah will definitely book again for the next Taif trip for a longer stay.

Nothing in particular. Everything was perfect only small issue was to come out of the car park back to the front of the location due to the exit was in a one-way streets which is a minor issue and was nothing to do with the hotel's responsibility.

The hotel and its management (especially Ahmed) is great. The hotel is in the heart of city with food options and shopping arena accessible by walk. It was the third time I stayed in this hotel and loved it, as always. There prices are also very reasonable compare to other hotels in town. Highly recommended for a stay on your way to Makkah.

Located in the middle of city center, with walking distance to many restaurants, malls and shops. The hotel in general is clean but need some maintenance and attention. It is a 7 floor hotel with many rooms options, usually we stay in 2 bedrooms apartment. Restaurant is at the 7th floor. We got upgraded to a 2 bedrooms apartments Apartment was very spacious with 2 bathrooms and two bedroom, in addition to a large living room and dining table. It has all amenities and facilities you need inside the room. Staff are very friendly and helpful , but it was not easy to get attention from a staff or find one, even in front desk sometimes there no staff, especially in early morning. We got a room with nice view. Will visit again soon when in Taif.

Our room had some minor issues with steam iron it had burnt stains and microwave plug was not maintained and dangerous to use. Parking available outside the hotel and underground in 2 leve2, but it is limited and very narrow. Hopefully they do some maintenance works and open the gym and pool.

Nice location near Heart of Taif mall. Very spacious apartment, huge in fact. Underground parking is good. Breakfast delivered to room and was okay (Omelette, bread, fool/lentil-curry, water, tea, plate of cheese+butter+honey+olives+salad+pickles and cereals for kid). All amenities provided. . By the way, I am surprised why some people gave bad reviews for this excellent hotel. My kid Hasan gave it a 5 star rating.

the attitude and cooperation by the staff, including at the reception and bell boy not forthcoming, it looks like that the staff of the hotel is working with an approach " plz do nt bother or disturb us ", bell boy did nt come to pick luggage despite the fact he had seen the guests and even the receptionist rang the bell, requested for towels in the room , twice and it took them 5 hours to send...

The apartment was large, clean, and comfortable. Thick walls so no noise from other rooms. Located one block away from shopping mall with restaurants, stores, and a lot of activities for kids. About 30 minute walk from the old town. Overall really good value for the price. Would definitely stay here again.

Next time, will choose option to pay at property and no earlier. I chose to allow payment a few days before arriving, but this apparently confused the reception, as they wanted payment upon checking in anyway (could not find my pre-payment in their system). It took two days showing them proof before I was refunded the double payment.

Location was good. Rooms and overall apartment was very spacious. Kitchen utensils were provided (pots, pans, plates, spoons, etc.). Most bathroom toiletries were present (toothbrush, shaving kit, comb, etc.), hair dryer was a plus. Water bottles were present on the first day.

Towels were not provided. No microwave in the kitchen. Cleaning was not done on a daily basis. Water bottles were not replenished. Minor issue: We checked out and gave keys at the reception, but they called 5 hours later asking when will we check-out.
