the staff were really welcoming and very helpful, polite and professional. I had dinner 2 times at the Hotel´s restaurant, great taste, and very well service. Prices for a dinner there are fair.

Location is a bit stupid, you cant really reach anywhere from there by foot. the Breakfast, for 39 SR!! many stuff were missing, although i came at 9 am, not 11. coffee was only the instant coffee from Nescafe to make alone. only normal milk was there( for those who prefer other types) I ate some tomatoes, some cucumber, and a bit of hummus. was not worth more that 15 SR to be honest.

I liked the spacious layout and how much natural light the living room gets. The kitchen also has a great modern finish, and the location is really convenient also It felt very welcoming as soon as I walked in. The design is cozy but still modern, and the garden makes it feel peaceful

I liked that it’s in a quiet neighborhood, has plenty of storage space, and the finishes feel high-quality. Plus, the view from the balcony is amazing.

I liked everything except the gym opening times.

The gym opens in bad times from 9am to 1pm then from 4pm-10:30pm. My work was from 3pm to 11pm. I booked the hotel just because it had a gym but unfortunately I couldn’t use it most of the days , I had to wake up early just to workout which is something I don’t do.

Woman were not allowed to use the gym or pool. Restaraunt was only open at certain times for food A little out from the city. Had to uber to most places Staff were lovely although very little English Our room was fantastic. Spacious. Cleaned daily

Welcoming front desk, super clean rooms and shaded parking lots.

- you have to pay 500 sr as insurance fees which is refundable. - additional cost on baby carbs - you can hear the cars noises - the 2 bedrooms apartment has only one AC thermostat controller

it was a 10/10 for me i loved everything about it although we had a 1 night stay for our anniversary but it was worth it , professional staff , very clean room , excellent hospitality and atmosphere , this will always be my favorite place to stay in taif and i highly recommend it !

i loved everything but i have a suggestion: the check out was at 12 with no late check out option, i think adding the late check out would be a great option also you can add a half day fee for people to check out later like at 6pm for people to enjoy their stay in the hotel more and also for people who have a late night flight back home . but overall i loved everything about this hotel

It’s new facility, clean and tidy.

I didn’t like that I had to pay through bank transfer or at location! It should be deducted from account since I have my card at booking. Also I didn’t like that they took around 300SR as insurance during my stay! As if I am going to break their furniture.

The hotel is amazingly fine and the location get benefit from many places surrounding it, auch as kids play ground, the city walk shopping, restaurants and conveniently connected to high ways

That the family room wiith 3 beds, has very small living room

I loved the comfort of the room, the lighting, the very comfortable bed. The bathroom with a wonderful shower, extremely clean and with many facilities. We love it! A great place to stay.

Good breakfast, but there was no black coffee, only Arabic coffee. Despite that, it was delicious.

The hotel deserve to be 5 star hotel. The reception welcoming us a warm welcome. the pool guy took care of the child. Everything is clean The breakfast was amaizing the room service was so friendly and brought us towels in 2 min to the rooms. The hotel is best then 5 star hotels in Europe
