Woman were not allowed to use the gym or pool. Restaraunt was only open at certain times for food A little out from the city. Had to uber to most places Staff were lovely although very little English Our room was fantastic. Spacious. Cleaned daily

it was a 10/10 for me i loved everything about it although we had a 1 night stay for our anniversary but it was worth it , professional staff , very clean room , excellent hospitality and atmosphere , this will always be my favorite place to stay in taif and i highly recommend it !

i loved everything but i have a suggestion: the check out was at 12 with no late check out option, i think adding the late check out would be a great option also you can add a half day fee for people to check out later like at 6pm for people to enjoy their stay in the hotel more and also for people who have a late night flight back home . but overall i loved everything about this hotel

It’s new facility, clean and tidy.

I didn’t like that I had to pay through bank transfer or at location! It should be deducted from account since I have my card at booking. Also I didn’t like that they took around 300SR as insurance during my stay! As if I am going to break their furniture.

The hotel is amazingly fine and the location get benefit from many places surrounding it, auch as kids play ground, the city walk shopping, restaurants and conveniently connected to high ways

That the family room wiith 3 beds, has very small living room

I loved the comfort of the room, the lighting, the very comfortable bed. The bathroom with a wonderful shower, extremely clean and with many facilities. We love it! A great place to stay.

Good breakfast, but there was no black coffee, only Arabic coffee. Despite that, it was delicious.

The hotel deserve to be 5 star hotel. The reception welcoming us a warm welcome. the pool guy took care of the child. Everything is clean The breakfast was amaizing the room service was so friendly and brought us towels in 2 min to the rooms. The hotel is best then 5 star hotels in Europe

Good experience

The room is new and has a piece of very good furniture. The staff are cooperative and performed a good level of hospitality. Fast response to the problem. as my key was not working and I was standing in front of my room door. A service guy was walking and he immediately open my door with his master key and he took my card for fixing which done quickly.

The check-in and check-out process need further improvement in term of timing.

Very clean, modern two bedroom apartments with ample space and very good décor. A supermarket is right next door and Taif City Walk and a park for children are both at walking distance. All appliances were in working condition and a lot of crockery available as well.

I was mildly amused that there was a bathroom robe but no bathroom slippers. Other than that, it was a great stay.

I enjoyed my stay at Remaj hotel. The Staff was so friendly and welcoming. They provided excellent customer service. I only spoke English and I was so surprised to see most of the staff spoke English. Their restaurant and food was amazing! I would highly recommend them and I would definitely stay there again if I visit Taef again.

I had a message asking for a bank transfer of a deposit of SR 300, which wasn’t professional at all The late check out was almost too strict despite the hotel was almost empty after the weekend on Sunday, the receptionist should not shout at the guest when the deposit is ready for return
