Hotel is in a nice location. Staff were very friendly and rooms were great - the hotel very kindly upgraded us on arrival and provided a fruit basket to our room. The revolving restaurant was good and worth a visit.

We were disappointed that the gym and leisure facilities were not available for women to use. Perhaps it would be worth considering allocating some specific times during the day when women could have access to the facilities.

This was my third stay at the hotel. Even though the Fitness Centre is officially only for men, they allowed me to use it early in the morning and even gave me the keys on one occasion. The staff were particularly helpful and the food is excellent. I will come back again at my next stay in Taif.

Location was very good. Connected with a mall internally. Good options available in the mall food court. Check-In and check-out was fast and convenient. Facilities are all good. Excellent views from the room, as my room was on 23rd Floor. In-room facilities were all of good standard. (Tea-Coffee making/Free of Charge mini-bar/ good quality toiletries etc.) Complementary large water(2L) bottle was served in the room Bed and pillows were Okay.. but not great.

No Bed n Breakfast option. Buffet Breakfast was available on the Hotel's Restaurant that is on top floors but it was quite expensive (around 160SAR/Person), so didn't try.

The room the bathroom all need renewed its overrated the sheets and the carpet need more cleaning the bed not more comfortable

The staff was super friendly. The hotel is directly linked to a mall with food options. Also the room service was very good and they have an excellent gym.

I had two shirts in the laundry. They were not properly ironed or starched.

Hotel staff upgraded our rooms to larger rooms free of charge and provided free extra bed. Very good oriental breakfast in the rooms.

Staff very helpful, Professional and very Polit , the room very clean and the space of sweet is very comfy.
