The location was near the Roshn Area, where I had my business engagement and it was not very far from the airport. The room was an apartment, with all the necessary items, very clean and very large. The manager at the reception was very attentive and supportive, as very kind was all the personnel.

The property was well-maintained, and the staff was incredibly attentive and professional. The location was convenient for my business needs, and the overall comfort was excellent.

The service was outstanding and very friendly. An example of that is that I asked if they could have almond milk for breakfast and they arranged it for me. Every time I run out of something like water for example they brought it to the room right away.

Spent a bad night in one of the front rooms opposing the highway, which was too noisy, however the response was quick by Abdulla Al Subaiae to change the room.

Location is very far and there are no eatries nearby. Cleaner should clean the room which was not done.

the rooms on the highway is highly noisy, so i ended up upgrading my room and paying extra money for higher class categories on the otherside. management need to find solution for high noise.

It was normal. Not much items. Add some more dishes in the breakfast Menu

Reception staff specifically the manager Mr. Osama was very professional and helpful.

The Resturant was having seams not fresh bread and no olive oil for the Foul over all only average rate.
