The room was spacious and very clean and well furnished

Bad smell from the bathroom,

Property was neat and nice, staff were all friendly and polite. Food was reasonable and very nice. Chef also was very good and accomadated our taste and prepared food.

The room say no smoking but guest next door were smoking and our room was filled with smoke, still wondering how ? Plus the rooms are not sound proof where our neighbors were very noisy and did not let us sleep till 2:30 in the night. And we had to call the reception and got no response. Breakfast had very less variety and dry

Location was great, near the highway connecting to Bahrain, nearby cold store, pharmacy, cafe and restaurants. Within 20min of Airport, 20min of Equestrian race course. The rooms are spacious, netflix and apple tv available.

Wish I could get late checkout by at least 1 hour, felt rushed to leave.

The location close to the office … The restaurant, not so often in the hotels in Riyadh The good quality of the food Rooms, swimming pool, services … perfect

Some times the isolation of the windows could be improved.

Everything good apart from the receptionist

The receptionist didn’t know basic info about the policy. He couldn’t answer my questions about their policy, and tried to lie to me.

the excellent service from the staff. and the high hygiene standards. and well organized and spacious rooms. the rooms temperature were perfect.

the balcony view at highway which is kinda noisy for light sleepers (unless you like white noises) . and breakfast menu is limited. not much of varieties of an options. however. food is delicious.

When I reach to hotel, all my family were exhausted. in the reception, Mr. Bander most welcome to us. And he did his best to we feel comfortable. Also housekeeper was good.

Clean and tidy Best place ever I accommodate with this price People are very nice. Perfect value

Noting

Spacious rooms, cleanliness, and in-room dining were great. Check-in and staff were polite. Breakfast is good. Rich interiors inside the rooms, which are way more larger than you expect.
