We have stayed with Family in this apartment hotel with kitchennet & it's a nice place to spend & relax. Indoor pool is open & good for famliy. Mr. Mahmoud (hotel manager) is very supportive & take care for guest well.

Hotel location bit far from city centre & hard to find any supermarket nearby in walking range. But overall for staying in hotel is perfect for family.

Apartment is awesome and huge. Good supportive staff. Location is good if you have a car and don’t want to get into Riyadh’s traffic. Very near from airport. Has a good amount of free parkings available.

Little more work on the lounge and furniture can make the place up a notch. It might be difficult to get around without a car as there are no shops around.

Ahmad at reception was exceptional All staff were very nice and polite

Bed was not comfortable We had several beds that had dips in middle Showers were not consistent and water was very low pressure Dirty towels were not always replaced with clean towels we had to regularly ask for clean towels English speaking staff was poor Ahmad at reception was elite and was extremely accommodating in all our requirements

The Room was big and clean. The staff was great especially Rayan Sulaimani at the front desk! Location was great, close to the airport and the exhibition center

The Wifi was weak and unavailable at some times in the room

1. The light was not enough in the suite 2. Internet coverage was unstable 3. Mobile network was disaster inside the suite (Mobily Network), I have to go outside the hotel for calls and messages 4. No king size beds, only single beds are available

Wifi, steam room &sauna were closed.

Rooms corridors reception the full property was very neat and clean Enough Parking space, The services were very prompt just dial '0' for any service and the doorbell rings with smile :-)

For summer they should make sheds for the parking outside the hotel, the entry to basement parking is a bit congested.

Cleanliness. Mr Ahmed at the reception was very helpful. He helped us throughout. I would rate his service 10/10.

The swimming pool was dirty. My kids were upset and didn’t swim. Need more options for breakfast buffet. If it was continental it would have been nice. The price was high to what was being served in the buffet.

The coffee guy is great at greeting the lobby and reception is nice and cozy for waiting or meeting someone. And big thumbs up for Mr Abdulrahman Al Somaily for helping us fix an issue we faced quickly great guy.
